three calls proportedly fron IRS alleging non bail warrant to be issued.

Same for us.  Said they were from the "IRS Tax Audit Department" and that there was an IRS "arrest warrant on my life," whatever that means.  The accent was so pronounced that it was difficult to understand the caller for much of the call.
