I have received three calls from this company or whatever it is with a recording trying to get me to lower my credit card payments. I have called back twice and told these people that I can get this done on my own and do not want them calling me again. The last time the female I was speaking to hung up on me. I believe this is a scam company.

again with the credit card interest deal. i wish they had the cc up thier yazoo side ways. apparently it does no good to be on a no call list i am in tennessee. wonder if the no call list people would like for these people to call them 24/7

I pressed 9 to speak with someone about "lowering my interest rate on my credit card" and when the lady answered and I told her to take me off of the calling list, she hung up in my face. EVERYDAY FROM DAY ONE OF HAVING PRIVACY ID REMOVED FROM PHONE LINE SERVICES.
NOT SURE IF SAVING $5 A MONTH IS WORTH HAVING THIS ANNOYING COMPANY CALLING EVERYDAY.  THEY JUST HANG UP BECAUSE I DON'T ANSWER, I STILL HAVE CALLER ID AND I CAN SEE THEIR PHONE NUMBER-I AM SUSPICIOUS OF ANYONE WITH 000 DIGITS IN THEIR TELEPHONE NUMBER.  HOW DO THEY KEEP GETTING AWAY WITH THIS NONSENSE?

The message said that if you want to talk to someone about lowering your credit card interest rate press 9.  I did and some woman said congratulations on completing the first step in lowering your interest rate.  I said we are on the Do Not Call List.  She said just a minute and hung up.  I would like to stop this practice.  Why do we have a Do Not Call List if these companies are not abidding by the law?
