Caller id says MDG
Nicki claims to be our account manager.  She calls here asking for "first name the owner".  Easy first name, but she mauls it.  Uses only  a first name like she is a friend or something.  I finally pry out of her that she is with Merchant Broker Group.......whoever they are.  She says she will provide me with a "free terminal" for credit card processing and how ours is outdated/non compliant.  So, I wasted some of her time and then informed her we don't have a terminal so HOW could it be outdated or non compliant????  She got real nervous and started to argue about how I NEEDED a  terminal.  Why??  We don't take credit cards.

I got the phone call today, twice, for Richard Cranium. (Richard Cranium is the name we use for telemarketers when they call to ask the name of the owner.) Look at the name, Richard Cranium, get it?

So anyway the BIMBO on the phone keeps asking for Richard Kramer... I say "Richard Cranium" she says "Yes". She then keeps asking to talk to Richard Cranium, I say "No", She asks "Is he the owner?" I say "Yes", she says "Can I speak to him?" I say "No" She says again "Is he the owner?" I say "Yes" She says "Can I talk to him?" I say "No". She finally says "Why not?" I say "Because you have identified yourself." She says "Can I speak to the owner?" I again say "No".

She says "I'm BIMBO from your credit card company."
I say "So what?"
She says "Your credit card machine is not compliant and you are breaking the law."
I said "No its not."
She says "Yes it is and we need to send you another one."
I said "Then send it to the address you have on file."
She says "I need your address to verify."
I said "Send it to the address where you are going to be raped and murdered tonight."
She says "You are being most rude."
I said "At least I'm not going to get raped and murdered tonight."

LOUD call center noises, woman with a heavy Asian accent asks may she speak to owner (does not ask for anybody by name, just owner - which happens to be me). I said, "No you may not and don't ever call here again." Hung up and blocked - not that I think it will do any good, they'll call another day from another number ....

I have zero time for this right now. They're constantly interrupting my work and I get nothing done. FIVE telemarketing calls yesterday.

(BTW, to the forum admins, we need a IDIOT/JERK option in the Call Type dropdown list.)

these jerks don't understand the word no they have been calling me sometimes two and three times a day for over the last year sometimes I won't hear from them for quite a while they call themselves Merchant Brokers group everytime I turn around they're calling from a new is for if I could find where their office is for real  I would kill everybody in that f****** office

Called my home phone twice within three minutes.  I do not answer unless I know who is calling, and they left no message.  Caller ID states Tiffin OH.

I have been getting a call or 2 a day from them for about a week.  They never leave a message.  The caller ID says Tiffin OH.  I finally answered and they asked for the owner of the business.  I said, "speaking how can I help you?  You have been calling me every day for the past 2 weeks."  They hung up.  Is this for real?  Why are they going through all this effort to harass me?  Maybe they are just cleaning the list of phone numbers so they can get more money to sell the call lists.  Next time I will make up a story like, this is the police station, or DPW, or something ridiculous to get them to list the number as bad.  What a waste of our time.

I received a call this a.m.  The credible response I used (though totally fallacious), "We have a terminal from our business bank, with excellent rates, and are not interested in any other.  Thanks for the call.  [click]"  The telemarketer normally notes in their database that they called and I'm not interested.

Marketing said they were from my merchant and asked questions.  I responded that they should not have to ask questions if they were my merchant.  I am so sick of these marketing calls!  They have called twice today AFTER I told them I am not interested, do not call and they still do!  Call states they are in Ohio but none of the calls received so far seem to be anyone who can barely speak english.

My Phone Id said Tiffin the bimbo on the on the line said as he hesitated is this the business  owner . I said yes playing along. he said there was problem with credit card something . I immediately told I don,t speak to scammers and hung up.

Caller keeps calling (MDG 567-230-5703) our Business.  We don't have merchant services and don't want them!

I have gotten numerous calls from 567-230-5703 I got a call from this number today with a woman with an Asian accent asking to speak to the owner.  I told her that the owner was not her.  She asked when would he be here.  I told her that he is not on a 9 to 5 schedule so her best option would be to leave her name and phone number and I would have the owner return her call.  She  responded that she would just call back later.  This is her typical behavior.  When she calls back, she is going to meet CALL BLOCK.

I receive a call from this number everyday. I can hardly understand this woman, she ask the same question, wanting to speak with the manager.

Stop calling

This number just called my business in NC and I told her I wasn't interested in buying anything but she assured me she wasn't trying to sell me anything. What a waste of time.

When the Scum Bags call for the "Owner" or any other fictitious name, turn the tables on them and say "Sure, let me get them for you" and simply set the phone down (They often times have a heavy accent and you can often times hear others scammers in the background).  They will eventually hang up but you probably just kept these Jerks from calling three or four other business owners and pulling them away from their businesses.  Do your part and perhaps we can run some of these Scum Bags out of business!!!

Called from busy loud call center with Tifton, Ohio as the origin of call.  Asked for owner.  I said he is unavailable, I can take a message.  She said no..we will call back.  I told her not to call here again.

Telemarketer office credit card machine for my business.  I told her that I am not interested and she continued to say that there is no obligation.  So, I hung up on her.

Fake,spoofed number by this scammers/spammers company- Onvoy C.O. Calling all the time! They will be reported to FTC!
