this woman left me a message on my phone with a deep indian accent and slowly talking  like she was trying to make her words clear alot of noise in the back ground saying her name is lisa and that it was important that get in contact with her i never called her back then my bf got the same call but they asked for me so be careful

This woman or man, I cannot tell, calls all the time saying I owe $8400 from a payday cash that I never borrowed from. All persons receiving phone calls from this number it is a SCAM!!! Be careful...

I received 6 phone calls in one day from this number telling me that I owed money on A USA Cash Payday account. I informed the man/woman because I talked to both that I didn't receive any money from them and that they were calling the wrong number. In the last attempt to call me my wife got on the phone and asked what bank and they had the name of the bank but no banking information they said that it was under my name when the account holder is my wife. I also informed that I was going to be picked up by the local police department for a cout appearance the next day. After that one I hung up. The caller called me back and my wife again got on the phone and asked them to tell her how we obtained this loan where it was deposited to how much etc. After not being able to answer any of the questions my wife informed them that she was calling the better business bureau and she hung up. I have done a lot of searching and found that this a scam or seems to be and that there are a lot of complaints against USA Cash Advance

********SCAM******* they called my job, my mother, and me numours times for money that i never borrowed!! im sure u kno the rest but all i can say is call the FBI and make a report as soon as possible

This number called me numerous times on my cell phone on June 20, which very few people have, and left one msg. The same number called my landline at least two times on the same day (the 20th) and left one msg.  

The very same number called my cell phone AGAIN today and left a msg and then turned around and called my landline AGAIN and left another msg.  All messages are the same....very thick Indian accent, hard to understand, speaking slowly, gave no company name, only a phone number, have myself or my attorney call him back, wishing me good luck as the matter unfolds and good luck and god bless.  

My husband and I are saving all the messages, and will be contacting our police to file harrassment charges.

I just received a call from this number stating that i owe for a payday loan. The person I spoke to kept telling me not to use abusive language ( i hadnt) and that i would be being picked up for a pending case for a payday loan. I do have a pending loan, but not through the company they are claiming (USA CASH ADVANCE) Any idea on how to make them stop?

Yaa guyz this is a scam, these company runs in India, they recruit people with good salary, they train them on US accent like how to speak, how to pronounce words like Americans do, they give them scripts to be used on answering machine as well as the person who answers the call. They even have the personal information of the person whom they call I dont know from where do they got this information from. I really don't like this call centers. In a Day(US) Night(India), they collect arround 10000 USD in their pockets. So, all Americans please do not listen to them and don't transfer even a single penny to their accounts.

I got a call from a man named Greg Young. He told me that the matter was extremely time sensitive and that I needed to return the call RIGHT AWAY... Would not tell me the company he was with. Wants my attorney's info. I tried to give it and he won't take it. They just keep telling me to get a prepaid money card from Wal-Mart. SCAM!!!

My wife received the same phone call. How is this happening to so many people. What is our recourse? DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION!!!

Change your number. I did that. They haven't called since!

I received a restricted call (indian accent) stating that that this law firm is filing a lawsuit against me for money I owed them. They called back again and my wife picked up the phone she asked for a phone number and name of the law firm they gave her the 567 number but they would not give her the name of the law firm. He hung up quickly.What disturbs me is he had the last 4 digits of my social. My wife is in law enforcement and says anybody who gets these calls should make an official complaint.

I just got a call on my cell from a guy with a thick indian accent. he told me do not disregard this message, I need to call back the very second I get the message, or my attorney can call. I called the number back from my desk and they said I was calling a law firm. I googled the number, they are in Ohio, I am in Texas. They obviously have no business with me, especially since they could not pronounce my name. Then they called back and told me that they work for the United States government. LMAO, you barely speak english! I dont mean to sound racist, but I highly doubt the government hired someone foreign who can hardly speak english, and had them call me about a payday loan I never took out! I have reported them, and I hope they call me back!!!!!!

Lady with a thick indian accent called asking for one of our employee.  I asked if this was a personal business call, she said yes.  I told her she needs to call the employee at home.  She said she's calling from a law firm (yeah.....right!!!).  I repeated again, you need to call the employee at home.  She acted dumbfounded (this doesn't surprise me at all).  I said good bye and hung up.

Be careful - these are scam companies that have gotten ahold of information from other companies and use threatening tactics to scare people into sending them money.

I received the same message today from 567-248-2676.  I have been throught this before but from other numbers.  I filed a complaint with the FTC and with the FBI.  I had also gone to my local police dept.   Obviouly the local police could do nothing.  
If you go to the FTC website there was once a posting and official statement on this whole thing.  It all originates out of India and they use companies from the states who get a kickback on money they steal from you.
I find if you do not answer the phone and respond to them they will stop.  Do no call them back or give any information.

I have been receiving calls all day about me owing over $8000 and they said it was from instant cash. They had all of my personal information including my social security number, bank information everything. They told me that if I don't pay them right than and there that they would have the police come and arrest me and that they would put my son into foster care. This has to be a scam so I am going to report it and probably have to change all of my information because of it. But trust me it gave me a big scare, I even have my son's father taking my son so that way I know nothing bad happens.

Another scam - I was not able to answer their call and they left a message. Telling me how important it was to call, etc.... Their return number doesn't work and seeing these messages it's all a scam.  It's easy these days to get your SS number, your bank number, just about anything about you.  Even if you did owe the money and didn't pay it, it's not a criminal offense and they won't just come get you.

Very thick Indian accent and they've called me before but from a different number.  People who read this - in America you have 30 days to dispute any bill you have, they have to put it in writing otherwise it's their word against yours.  If you do answer - ask for it in writing, it's the law. They will threaten you, tell you that they will take your dog, sell your kids, put you away for life - it's all a lie. Don't give your CC number either.

I got 7 calls in a row from these people. The last time they finally left a message. A "John Taylor" called. He had a very heavy accent to. One of the numbers he called from was 567-248-2789 but in the message said to call 567-248-2767. I stopped listening because it was so hard to understand. You could tell he was reading from a script.
