Called at 530 pm today left a message telling me that there is a impending action against me from the us treasury, i know the treasury does not call they would contact me, the voice said his name was dennis and i better call him back he had an accent. why does this continue to happen if i am on the do not call list, stop these people.

567 258 0019   called 6 times today between 5:29 and 530 eastern - that new Verizon call block/do not disturb must have really done the trick   Although I can not confirm for sure, I suspect it is the same you owe and we will get the magistrate involved call from a "David Gray"  - he called earlier today from a Gainesville FL number .  Its a scam of course so do not call them back

I received the same call at 815am from 567-258-0019 this morning. I know it is a scam, ans should be necessary to email your attorney generals office, I am doing that this I morning with the info to document these crazy people. Recorded caller claimed it was a treasury issue and if we didn't call back a court magistrate we would be violating the law and have serious implications against us

i called them back guy answered the phone as "Austen", US Treasury. I laughed guy hung up kept calling him back. Now they blocked me.

Recorded message from Dennis Gray saying I had pending action against me by US Treasury and ignoring the message would result in enforced action against me

Beware off this scam do not give them no money Google this scam and here the number to report them 1800 366 4484 I just reported them and they said more people need to report them if u get a call like this we have stop others from getting scammed.

I got the same call from a Dennis Gray...Its a scam...Called him back and told him that I was aware of the scam...Beware!

i got the same call at 11:00am ,same number 567-258-0019.  An absolute scam.. Beware!.

Caller identifies himself as "David Gray" and advises that an enforcement action has been brought by IRS and demands that I call or face prosecution.

Called to report impendig action - 2nd request

I received the same phone call today. I also knew it was a scam. The same number as everyone else has been reporting. Same foreign accent. I want this guy reported

Person called Dennis Gray called for US Treasury said there would be serious repercusions if I did not return his call. There would be a court case before a judge. This person had an accent Indian or Middleastern.

Got the same call 10 min ago.

This number called my landline at 3:36 p.m. on 10/28/15 warning that it was a second attempt to reach us by the treasury and that if we didn't call back a magistrate would find against us

Used to get calls from "Dennis" from a Portland, OR number. Guess he moved.

Msg left on vm from Dennis Gray. He does not say who he's calling, but threatened an enforced  legal action from a magistrate for a Federal criminal offense and states this is a 2nd attempt. I didn't call back. The caller ID says Toledo, Ohio.

Scam about an in pending court action from the Magistrate

Same story as others have reported. Indian accent. Must return call to avoid legal repercussions. This call had a Toledo area code, but I too, recall getting this same call from a Dennis Gray last year. At that time the caller ID was Portland, Oregon.

Some idiot called here with the same message. Sounds like he had a big one stuck in his mouth.
