called and hung up.  called them back, and guy said he was damon from p & v group.  No idea who that is

I got called from 404-287-2722, 716-923-4143, and 567-393-4024 - all from this P&B capital (Or something like that) - what is this?  Looks like a scam from what i'm reading, but how to make stop?

Caller ID stated Galion OH, no message left on answering machine, so i dialed *60 and they are now on my caller screening / reject.

They are a collection agency.  Not sure they are legetimate or not

I am writing regarding calls for my son from these #'s from P & B collection agency. I have read that it is a scam and they use a bunch of different numbers from different states. The people are rude and said "we will call you every day" and I said I will get you for harrassment. Then hung up on him. Someone suggested dialing  *60 send so it does not allow the call to go through the next time they call. I need an agency I can report this too to see if it is legitimate or not. I told him "if we owe something send me something in writing" and he gets very arrogant and says "are you making up my rules for me" very rudely. I basically called him "a snot-nosed little kid and hung up. Prob the most mature thing to do but I can not stand unprofessional threatening companies.

Got a call from P&B Capital group claiming I owed money to Citi Bank for a credit card. I calmly informed them that I have never had an account with Citi Bank and they kept insisting I did have an account and that I was the person that were looking for even though the middle initial was different, the last four digits of the social security number were different and the person they are looking for has a birth date 25 years younger than me. I then asked them to provide me with their address and they refused which is a violation of federal law. I also requested they send me a copy of this debt and they refused another violation of federal law and when I told them I was recording the conversation they quickly hung up. You do have the right under federal law as do I to sue them for harassing you and violating the federal law regarding debt collection even if you do owe them money, which I do not. These guys are the lowest of the scum suckers on this planet. Collecting debt is one thing but to blindly call and harass people that do not owe money is disgraceful.
