Phone rang mid afternoon answered and the person hard to understand wanted to talk about windows computer.  Told her didn't have one to defer any further conversation.  Called again at 9pm starting with same line of windows computer but told her to forget it and hung up.  Don't know what the problem is with these people!

I got 2 back to back missed calls from this number.  I tried to call them back but it says it cannot be completed as dialed.  The name came up unknown and it is a custom number. (what ever that means)

I've been getting numerous  calls from this number. Another scam to get access to your computer.

Received a call at our office.  He said he was from a company that works with windows. I began recording the phone call to see what he would say knowing that it was most likely a scam.  He informed me that my computer had a virus and that they had received several notifications about it.  I questioned which computer it was and he couldn't specify just said windows and its probably on all of them.  He then instructed me to hold down the Ctrl Windows and R keys .  I then asked him what this would do, he didn't answer just insisted that I do it.  I told him that I will do it after he completes 10 jumping jacks.  He said that he needed me to do this immediately and I insisted the same.  Needless to say he didn't do the jumping jacks... I looked up and this is a well documented scam.  PLEASE BEWARE!! DO NOT GIVE THEM CREDIT CARD INFO!  I had fun with it but individuals are constantly scammed by these people.  For more information google ctrl windows r scam you can read tons of info on this.

These scammers keep calling about Windows operating system containing viruses, etc. I keep blocking the numbers but somehow they keep calling with different numbers. Don't answer unknown numbers anymore. Feel if it is from someone we know they would leave a message. Wish someone would do something to stop these calls!!!

Unwanted call; midday disruption; could not find a person when trying to call back. Could not find area code 568 anywhere.

  Dont know it dont answer it 1-568-561-9384,  would like to call these people at 12am their time, then every half hour of every day for a month. See how they like it.

Have received multiple calls from this 568 number. Same scenario as described by others - wants me to 'turn on my computer.' When I told him there is nothing wrong with my computer, he insisted that he was here to 'help' me with a computer problem. I asked the name of his company and he said it was 24/7 iTech Solutions. I looked it up, and it looks like they are lying about that, because I think that's actually a credible company name. I didn't probe further, just told him there was nothing wrong with my computer. He then started telling me "I know your address" and started reading my address out to me. Guess I was supposed to 'fall' for that one, too. I'm sorry I even answered the phone. I won't again.

Received same call wanted to get into my computer said no said I had a virus man could barley under stand him and when I hung up insisted on calling back blocked

I did not answer.  I did look up the area code.  Area code 568 is  a general purpose geographic code, not currently assigned, not in use, and reserved for future use.  In short, the company calling is using a false phone number in the caller ID.

Have received calls from this area code before. Noone on line.

second call from this # . first 1 at 6:26PM next at 7:12 PM. This time Indian  voice named Patrick was on the line. When he said the tech company about my computor I told hjm that  he  had already been reported to the authorities.

All I know it showed up unknown so I didn't answer.

Received a call (Name Unavail) so did not answer.  looked up (568) 561-9384 and see it is someone pulling the "Windows" scam.

Had this on my cell phone, and my co-worker was dying of laughter when I kept saying "No, you aren't" and "No, it isn't".

They call at 6:30  pm. Said something in some foreign language.
