blocked call - tired of these calls!!!

Received call today from this number - didn't answer and no message left.  Based on other messages, obvious telemarketing call.  Blocked number.  

I don't know who it was but i answered and said "Its done, but there's blood everywhere." Then i hung up.

CCS is a well known (and very rude) debt collector.  They would call asking if you are their person of interest.  Mostly this debt collection agency take over student loan debts.  They have an office in Portsmouth NH among other places.  They are famous for harassing people and will hound you to no end.  The funny thing is - when you get a number to you but was used by someone else they just don't believe you and will use "your guilty" until you prove to them you aren't who you say you are to which they will start asking for personal information.  Please don't fall for that, your best bet is telling them don't call, they won't listen, and start to turn them in.  Other than that, add them to your reject list.

Apparently this must be a new number for them because of the lack of postings.  Other places referring to this company has at least five pages worth.  Just remember the more we keep this up, this company will have to start changing their numbers more often and yes it does cost them money.  To which I really don't care.
