I got a call from 570-489-2457, unfamiliar number, I did not answer, they left no message.

After some research this is actually listed as a fax number. 570-489-2457. Here is all the information:

Please note that the calls being made are not from my phone(FAX).  Someone spoofed my phone number and it is being generated from a computer.  I did report it to a number of agencies and believe it or not there is nothing I can do about it.
I would like your help that if anyone should get to speak to these people, please get as much infomation from them as possible,so I can reprot them to authorities.

Did they say what they were selling and what the name of the company was??

Caller ID shows Olyphant, PA

Received phone call , same number displayed on my caller ID . I did not answer .Caller did not leave message.

Just got a call from this number---I answered and no one spoke back to me. I even tried to call it back but it was busy.

i got a call from this # and didn't leave a message, so went online and found it as a complaint # so don't answer it.Caller Id just showed me PA,USA.

Someone has programed my fax number into there computer and is calling across the country.  The FCC is trying to investagate this and if you dial *57 or * 69 it will call lback the last number called.  It is not coming from the the number you see in your caller ID. I would like to to have these people prosecuted.  Please get any information from these people that you can as to what they want.

I just got a call from this number.  My answering machine picked it up, and I got a recorded pitch for credit card processing services.  Caller ID listed it as "Advanced Merchant Services"...

harassing calls, no msgs left.

I as well have recived repeated calls from this # with no voicemails left. I really want to know what list I was put on and how to be removed. If anyone finds this out, please let me know, Thank you!

It's a spoof situation, with scammers. They left the "Don't be alarmed, but this is your final opportunity to lower your interest rate on your credit card" message on my VM. Of course, federal law prohibits anyone from spoofing with the intent to defraud, but criminals don't care until they're caught and ordered to pay from $10, 000 to $1, 000, 000 for their actions.
