"...your application for a loan has been approved..."

I made no application for a loan.  They left the above voice mail.

This guy called me on that number and said that I had a lawsuit against me and the sheriffs dept was coming my way within three hours for a payday loan that I didn't repay even though I never had a payday loan. Also said I had an arrest warrant out. They only had my address and last 4 of my social but nothing else. Both the sheriffs dept and state police said it was a scam since they required payment from a gift card or money gram.

Got a call saying my loan application had been approved. Caller, Jessica Foster. Complete BS...

I recently received the same type of call, it has me upset when they said they would allow me to make payments and I could speak to their lawyer....I told them to send the sheriff and he can explain who and what I owe.  then they called again with the same information, I am still trying to find out who they are I do know that the call came from a lan line .
