I received a call from this number and caller I'D said it was from Frackville, Pa.  No idea who it is.

they call and hang up when I answer

I called this number back on a different line....Didn't ring but the call was answered....Was a recorded message about continuing my education....When the recording asked if I was still interested in continuing my education I said NO....Must have hung up!

called twice in one day, I didn't answer, it didn't leave a message.....looks to be a nuisance call

Called twice now and when trying to call back it says no lines are open.  Most likely a marketing call.

Have no clue who that is but when I try ti call back I get a busy signal they never left a message

I have received about 8 calls from this number since yesterday, 4/15 at all hours.  When I call back it appears to be a scam.  The person who answered sounds foreign.  Very annoying!  I will ignore the calls but if they keep occurring, I'm going to report them and give the FBI and police the number.
