Called the number back the operator said not in service.

I tried to call back and says it's not in service

received call from this number was a lady knew my first name tried to talk but must of had phone interference so I hung up and called back said number not in service this is not right people should not be allowed to do this I have no idea who it is calling me

This number called me three times in a row I didn't know who it was so I didn't answer I looked it up and found these post s

570-874-6155:  Called our cell 2/18/15 and left no message. I called back, and a recording says this number is not in service. Caller ID says it's registered in Frackville, Pennsylvania.

Same here ,  texted number and got no response
