Just another one of the many nuisance robo-calls of late beginning with the false claim that you are a past customer. This one goes on and on offering various services (including carpet cleaning).  At the end of the spiel, you are given the opportunity to get off their list by hitting '9', which I did ... but past experience tells me my request will be ignored.

Robo call stating that I am receiving the call because I am a past customer.  I am not.  This is a carpet cleaning company.  I just moved from a house with all wood floors.  We had no carpeting at all.   I followed the direction to speak with an operator so to be removed from their call list as I've found leaving instructions at that option on the call menu does nothing otherwise.  No operator was available and voice was full.  I called the number back and was able to leave a message, which I did, informing them that I am on the "do not call" list, I have never been a client of theirs and they are to immediately remove me from their list.  I also let them know that I would be filing a complaint with the FCC.

Have been receiving many robo calls recently on my landline & cell phone at very bad times.  There needs to be legislation to stop these calls.  I am not a past customer either; that's a lie they start off with.   This one left no message, but interrupted my sleep.

They've got to have some reason to call you and try getting information, regardless of whether you're a past customer, or not. Without a pitch like that, they'd have nothing to try and work with.

Just received a call.  He says he is my home service company.  This is work-cell phone and we don't use anyone and never did. Thanks for the information.  I have blocked the number.

Has called many times, claims I am a past customer and they are a carpet cleaning Co.  I haven't used this company, nor any other cleaning company.

Called my cell, left no message.  I called and got an outgoing message that it was "The Weight Loss Center".  I have received calls from a VA-based carpet cleaning company before however, not sure if it was this same number.

Automated message left on my landline answering machine around noon on 10/23, overriden by outgoing message so that only the last syllable of the incoming message was actually recorded.  Given that, I'd guess that this was not a 'live voice' call, so likely a pre-recorded sales call.  Caller ID shows "Sterling VA".

Same as the other comments. They must think we are all morons to believe their crap. They called about 8:30; must be getting desperate calling on a Saturday evening. These crap calls usually take a break on the weekends. A drone strike on these creeps is in order.

Bs. I don't answer my phone unless I know who it is. Never leave a message.
