Caller Id says Leesburg VA. Do not know anyone from VA, so I let the machine pick it up, and they do not leave a message. This isn't the first time this number has called.

My caller ID said Sikdar Pralay.  

My ID said Sikdar Pralay, no message.

No I'd reported on my caller id

I got a call from these clowns at 8-40 PM, interrupting my TV viewing.   Caller ID was "OUT OF AREA."  

I ran a google on the number and it says it is a VoiP caller from Leesburg VA.   I'm blocking 'em!

Called at 7:49pm from 571-223-5533.

I block all calls from most area codes

I have documented all my calls over the last 5 years.  

I have found that not one single call of any thing of interest to me has come from any of these numbers.

After 5 years of logging and researching the calls that I receive, I block most numbers  because most calls are not genuine. In fact, these calls are from scammers and telemarketers or fisching to find a valid phone number to sell to other scammers and telemarketers.

The days of yesteryear of answering your phone because you expect that some one you know is calling to talk to you because they want to talk to you is over.  Caller ID and screening are self-protective musts.  

The fact is:

The technology of phone system has abandoned all of us and allowed anyone and everyone unregulated and uncontrolled access to us.  The US government has been totally useless in this regard.

It is up to us as individuals to be constantly on guard and use the technology available to track, block and report the miscreants that are, in fact, attacking and assaulting us through our connection to the world from our homes… the phone… the wireless…  the Internet….

We, our lives, our children, our communications, and our finances, everything  are under attack and have been for years.

I didn't answer, caller didn't leave a message

Caller ID said out of area. Didn't pick up. Robo call hung up with no message.

i called the number back and it was a automated message about veterans GOTOHELLTELEMARKETERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Blank caller ID, phone rang early Saturday morning, nobody on the line.

My ID said Sikdar Pralay. Didn't recognize name or area code so I picked it up and I immediately hung up on them.

Came through on my unlisted land line.

Ironic, but it seems like ever since I put in paperwork for mortgage qualification a little over a year ago [using the land line number]  I've been getting these calls. Up until them it seemed like the "Do Not Call" registry was working.

Same here, no message left. Probably another robo caller. Here's a list I've compiled over the last 60 days I've blocked since adding the caller ID feature. Most of these show up in my missed calls list (phone doesn't ring), all of them still call at least weekly, some every other day. They still appear in my "missed call" section. These people are relentless!

Sorted newest first to oldest. Note,the last 2 are the same person then they changed their ID to the (406) 293-8315 number. I like to get my hand around this F'ing idiots throat....

I picked up and the caller claimed to represent the "American Veterans Foundation" and was soliciting contributions for what he said was assistance for veterans who are homeless or about to become homeless. I have held offices in three different veterans organizations and told him I had never heard of the "American Veterans Foundation" and asked for his 501 (c) 3 number, which he couldn't provide. Caller ID has a Virginia area code but caller's accent sounded more like New Jersey. He called here at 9 pm, which I didn't appreciate. I Googled his name and came up with someone in VA. Looks like he's been arrested on drunk and disorderly. He has a Twitter account with a tweet about health care and nothing else. He has a website called Bullhorn Reach where he claims to be a "Highly qualified and successful Technology and Software Engineering Executive". There is no other content at the site, just what shows up in Google. I think these are just fronts to make him look legitimate.

Robocallers are programmed to keep calling if they get any answer, even an answering machine. I've unplugged my machine & don't answer if I don't know the number on the caller ID. Friends can reach me on my cell phone, which is a tracphone. If I start getting nuisance calls on that I'll just get a new number.

Robocall sounding like a live guy but then you release that it is a robocall when you yell into the phone and there isn't one pause in the perfect diction.  Robocall supposedly for a veteran's support group.  And I am not a stupid s*****k.

Called at 6:48pm, left no message. Caller-ID read  Sikdar Pralay. Rare to have an actual name associated with this type of call.
