got call too, did not answer as there was no caller id listed other than number.  oAt other site 1 person listed it as a political call.

ID did not show area code but *69 revealed a 571 area code

  Phone rung, answered, no one spoke, hung up, rung again immediately.  No one spoke, Hung up
phone rang again, I picked it up and slammed it down.  Noone there evidently, These are idiots with nothing
else to do except aggravate others.  Do not call again to my number.  FOOLS

This number called us on Oct. 6, 2014 at 7 p.m.  We don't know the number and did not answer.  Caller ID said it is Manassas, VA.

Yep, Manassas Virginia, they are driving me crazy--- they are idiots trying to scam someone so
I do not answer..

Call every day twice or three times. When answer. Nobody is there.

Political poll out of VA.  I called them back and they give you the option to be taken off of the calling list, it was a recording.  They called me twice and hung up.  If they call again I will block them.  

 Those idiots have called again, what is their stupid problem...Do they have nothing to do

Called twice in a row.  Of course, no message. 12:33pm

Calls repeatedly.  If I let it go to answering machine no one speaks but then they call right back.  Happens 3 sometimes 4 times back to back usually in the evening.  Very annoying!  Always says Virginia call on my ID and then the NO# .

Many automatically dialed calls especially for political polls or charities do not leave a recorded message as to who or what the call is about. Probably because they are not set up to receive inbound calls but also more likely for the same reason caller ID does not display the actual name or purpose of the calling organization, more people would ignore the calls if it displayed Political Survey or XYZ Charity so if a message with the same information was left more people would ignore the call backs.  Also with any of these calling campaigns a "no answer" is taken as "not at home" rather than "ignoring your calls" so call backs will be rescheduled until answered or the campaign expires.  Immediate call backs are probably due to a misprogrammed dialer.

They call over and over no message very annoying

Victory Processing is conducting a survey in your (my) area and would like to ask a few questions.  Questioning is by robo.  I had the honor of a call yesterday at 407-502-5086.
So let me understand this, I am going to get calls until I run out of blocking slots or I answer their multiple choice questions?

comes up with #ID I don't answer but I keep getting called

My number has obviously been sold on some list...I'm suddenly getting calls like crazy and I sign up on the do not call list every year.  This caller is just one of many harrassing me...yes I do feel it's harassment as I am on a do not call list, they call multiple times and usually don't say anything.  I don't pay for a phone to keep track of family and business of my choosing for this.  The obnoxious annoyers are out in full force with obviously no repercussions.

Just rec'd a call from 571-229-5487 ID saying from Manassas, VA .Don't no anyone from there & didn't answer.  Its another scammer that will be consistently calling...Even thou I am on the DO NOT CALL LIST!!
