Got a call- didn't answer, and they didn't leave a message.  I called back and  got a message sayin "thank you for calling back- this will be the most financially rewarding phone call you've ever made...".  I hung up immediately.

I did not answer since it was not a number I recognized and i did not call back

When i answered it was silent.  Also received calls from private numbers this week asking about my employment situation looking for private information. Number may be linked to shady business.  Be cautious.

Answered phone--no answer, and sounded like that little pause before an automated message.  Maybe registering with the "do not call list" will help (maybe even a class-action approach), so we all can make some money from the source being fined!  What do you think?

I, too, got a call from this number this morning. I answered the call, but there was silence on the other end for at least 10 seconds before I hung up. Googled "571 area code" to find out what state they were calling from, and this area code isn't registered to a state. Strange.

This number called me 6:12 AM on my cell phone. I will not tolerate junk calls on my cell, it's bad enough getting them on my land line. When I answered there was just silence.

I got this call on my cell, when I answered just silence. What's weird is that the call was recieved at 9:11AM on 9/11/08.

I received a call on my cell at 9;04 am on 9/15. when I answered it was just silence.

caller was silent. stayed on line for 11 seconds and then hung up

Unknown # I did'nt recognize so I Googled it and looked and the comments and was glad I did'nt answer so I thought I would post it.  The call came at 9:59 a.m.

I just received a call from this number at 9:06am.  When I answered, it was pure silence.  I was about to call back but glad I didnt as I see its not legit.

rec'd phone call from this number a few times with no one on the other end.  How can we block unwanted spammers on your cell??

Got a call from this number at 9:57am on 9/19/2008.  They left a message.  Checked it and it was for Financial Freedom debt consolidation.  Deleted the message before it ended.

call came in today (9-19-08) at 9:50 a.m.  Answered and there was complete silence.  Before calling this number back from my land line, I googled the number, and got this information (thanks).

They must've called me right after you....10:07 AM today (9/19)
