They hung up after the answering machine came on. No idea who this is......

Received call from 571-384-5256, 4:41pm, 12/3/14, Virginia call. Man speaking English, think said Eric Gordon? calling people with disabilities. Took couple seconds before speech began about people with disabilities. I cut him off with NO, NO, NO & hung up phone. Only answered because have car for sale on Craigslist. Scam again for sure. Blocked # on my phone.Wished hadn't answered. Will wait for answering machine next time. Then answer if leaving msg. about my car for sale. Hope this post helps someone. Have a great evening.

Unknown name on caller ID.  Another scam fake charity.

Same constant call from this area of VA know for scammers that make their money with carious scams. VA AG hasn't seen fit to deal with this area of the free market.

Caller ID says Arlington VA. No message left. I do not answer calls from numbers I don't recognize.

Call from  571-384-5256 at 6:34pm ET - Caller ID said "Arlington, VA".  The line was live for at least 20 seconds and I could hear some noise in the background, but couldn't get caller to respond.  Line eventually cut off.  

A man called me from this number asking for donations for disabled/homeless veterans. I told him that my husband and I are both veterans that desperately need help. He responded that maybe we could help in the next pledge drive. Then he hung up on me.

Association for Homeless and Disabled Veterans. He said his name is Eric Thorton. He was rude, he didn't listen, he didn't care. He was just interested in getting money.
