Got a call from someone who claimed to be Officer Shawn White indicating I or my attorney should call.   It is a Virginia number and no one at our number has been involved with that area.  The first part of the message was left off due to our outgoing message and the agency or department was never indicated in the part of the message we heard.   We will not call back.

A message was left on my answering machine o. 9/18/2015 for more my attorney to call back. I called and a foreign speaking man said that he was officer Shawn White. He said that he was from the Crime Investigational Unit of the IRS. When I questioned him, he asked me if I was writing everything down and when I answered yes he said that my husband and I were going to jail. Then the line went dead.

I keep getting calls from. Number saying i have a warrant for my arrest hes from irs why woild anyone xall like that

This is definitely a scam. Same officer, same recorded message.

The same number called me to. The man said the same things to my message. I tried to call back it rang and went to bizzy.

9/24/2015 this number ( 571-448-1072 ) they have called once @ 9:55 am I was at work so couldn't answer so when I got a break I called back the # it was busy, so I left alone. Then they reminded me, they call again with the recording (you or or your attorney needs to call them back immediately ) so I called right back. A foreign man answered the phone as Officer Shawn White with the Criminal Investigation Unit for the IRS.his first question was, has my local sheriffs office contact me yet regarding a warrant for my arrest for IRS fraud? I said NO!!! Then I asked him " what are you talking about ? " I also replied.... I pay my taxes. His response was I was not paying enough. I replied ... What do you mean I'm not paying enough!!!!! Then the phone went dead. Because I was about mad at this point and your calling me at work on my cell. I called right back, but all I received was a busy signal. Have not heard from them since. My question is  to whom do I report this  number to.???

I received several calls from 5714481072. I man named officer Shawn White, with a foreign accent letft a message that I should contact my attorney. I called the number back, and it rang a few times then went busy.

I'm receiving those calls right now saying the exact same thing

I'm receiving these disturbing calls from this foreign individual so I contacted the IRS and they're is absolutely nothing wrong with my taxes, this individual said he was from the crime investigation unit and that I needed to contact back with my attorney, my husband took over the phone and he got very aggravated the foreign individual he started speaking very bad to my husband using so many bad words. Then he hung up, where are they getting our names and phone numbers from?
