    Received a call from a person whose primary language was not English. Said he was from United Recovery and I had outstanding debts. Told him to send any info in writing to my address of record.(Never disclosed my address to him.) I don't think I will hear anything back from him. Tried to redial the number on my caller ID and it said number is a disconnected number. This appears to be a scam. I don't have any outstanding debts. Blocked number.
