called cell phone at 6 am hung up after one ring

Called and hung up. Returned the call, been on hold for 15 minutes so far. Clearly a scam of some sort. Message when you call back says something about Vegas Roulette, then when you hit buttons to get an operator, there is some bull-[***] recording about answering how you'll be happy about returning their call.
