i was called by this number in the netherlands. A oice on a tape said i won a trip to the carribean and that i had to dial 9 to collect the trip. I hang up but found it verry disturbing that somebody tried to trick me like this.

I was received a call of this number, but when a I´m calling nobody answer me. this person said me bads and offensives words. I would like to know where is this phone number.

I have received calls from this number on numerous occasions but no one talk very disturbing

this number is skype, when someone calls you from the internet through skype, this number appears

Called back and the system indicates    the number is disconected    
how can it be if they just call from there

what can the phone company do?

I have had a phone call from this number. It is scam artist that is trying to get money from you by stating that they are an attorney and that you had taken out a loan and never paid it back. When you get these phone calls just hang up on them.

I had repeated calls 2 days ago, told the guy to stop calling me.  He kept calling me back.  He asked me if I was scared, I told him HELL NO, he, then told me that I should be.  I asked him who he works for, no response, I asked him why he called me, He says that his girlfriend lives at my number, I told him only me and my wife live here.  He asked if I was a [***], I told him NO I am white.  He asked if my wife was a filipina, I asked him how did he know that?  Today, The number came in again, I didn't answer it this time.  I have searched over and over to trace this number.  The area comes up in South Bend, Indian, but, the prefix doesn't.  Internationally, the area code comes up in NINGBO, CHINA.  Don't know who it is, however, the voice sounds Oriental.  This is getting to be a bit crazy.

How can I stop calls from this #?

A woman voice offered me a phone service, free calls all over the world for 19.95.
Press 1 if you want to speak with a representative. I pressed 1 but nobody answered.

No one should have to put up with these kind of calls imo. No one should be called names and harrased

They called back again. This time asked for my dead father in law. Said they were with medicaid.
  I said if you were you would know he was Dead. Decessed, as in 6 feet under and told them I had reported them already this morning and maybe they should look thier own number up in google.
 They sounded like they were from another country.  
Sorry for misspellings Im upset and am doing away with my hard line. Maybe after awhile phone companys will block these numbers grrrrr

Hey,I got an idea people. Go get ya a blow horn. Let the ones they use for the start of races. When they call back hit that horn! Bet they won't be callin harassing people any more....

I just  got a call from this number 10 minutes ago. It sounded like a young girl probably early 20s' or late teens. I only answered it because the area code is local to me. She asked for my wife and said it was a courtesy call from Discover and would call back at a more convenient time. I'm glad I looked it up on this site. My wife doesn't have a discover card and neither do I nor have either one of us ever had one.  I can't wait for them to call again so that I can find out what they really want.

Don't give them any information!  Not even about your deceased father-in-law.  That's how the scam works...they're gathering information about you that they can use in the future to get better at ripping you off.  They use Skype to mask their phone number and the actual location that they are calling from.  Columbia is known for this type of scam.

I do a lot of research on scams to prevent myself from falling victim to one.  ;-)

I just keep all my agressions and anger saved up just for these phone calls. After "Xavier" called this morning he's either still crying or looking for new work. He was called some very bad names and told some very bad things would happen to him. I'm sick of these bottom feeders. Who are the [***] who play into them and justify their existence? If EVERYBODY treated them like I do they would eventually have to go away.

Just got a call from this number. They are using the name Shane Brady and he would like work done to his car. Asking for a price and then when you ask for the address it is a bogus one, would not give phone number in order to call back with an estimate. Oriental lady who could not speak english very well.
