Said Rachel from Card Services, yet no company name and address

this number when I called it back was so creepy somebody on the line was panting!!!! EW GOAWAYLOSERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just got the call. Yep it was "Rachel".... I hit 1 to speak to someone but it just rang for about a min. So I just hanged up. I'm so said I could not tell them off. LOL.

Heather again.... sigh.

Robocall from "Card Member Services" claiming to lower my interest rate. When I asked for information about their company, they hung up on me. No chance to ask to be placed on their internal DNC list.
We've been on the national DNC list for over 10 years.

Voice message (poor quality) left on cell phone said it was urgent that I call back regarding my eligibility to lower my inteterest rate to as low as 6.9%.  She said that my eligibility would expire soon, and this was my final notice. She said to press #1 to speak to a live operator. I guess I was supposed to call right back. I dont think so. Funny thing is they never mentiontioned anything about a specific credit card company. I don't have any credit card balances! I pay them off in full each month!

Call from Rachel at Cardmember Services.  I'm on the DNC.  I used to get this on my home phone so often that I reverted to answer only with message, but left no opportunity for anyone to leave a message.  

My good friend "Rachel" from card services trying to scam me.   She is persistent, she tries daily from various numbers.

I received the call from "Rachel" and pressed 1 to speak with a representative. A man answered and said, "Hi, are calling about lowering your interest rates?" I immediately responded with, "Are you going to hang up on me if I ask you to take me off your list?" He responded (NO JOKE), "Abso-[***]-lutely" and hung up. OMG!!!!!!!!!

Got a call - read this instead of answering it.  No voicemail from this person.  Adding it to Blacklist.

Received many calls from Card services to lower interest rates. Need to stop.

Why did you call back? Now they know they have a 'live' one.

Words of advice. If you DON'T KNOW who is calling, let the call go to voice mail.
If they don't leave a message, you saved yourself from being bothered.

If you let it ring 5 x, then you wasted THEIR time.

Got a call on my cell phone, didn't answer, and no message left. I went straight to 800notes! I added to reject list.

Received a couple of calls so far today. They are calling my cell phone which is unusual. If it's a reduce your interest rate offer, those usually come to my home phone. They didn't leave any messages.  

I received a call from the number listed above, but I didn't answer because it was unknown.  I have no idea who this is and I'm on the do not call list. please help.

Block the number on your phone

Got 2 calls quickly back to back from this number. No message left. Glad I let it go unanswered.

Just got a pair of calls.  When I answered, noone was there...not even 'Rachel'.

Same here.  Back to back calls (10:49 and 10:50) from this number.  I didn't answer.  will block it.
