I did not answer. Caller ID showed "Unknown Caller". They hung up and didn't leave a message. I don't believe that 028 is a legitimate exchange number.

Just received a call from this number as well. Didn't answer and they didn't leave a message.

An invalid, spoofed number in the US, this call contains nothing of value. If it were halfway believable, the number would at least appear realistic. Don't waste time with these dumb looking numbers and certainly don't bother trying to call it back, you won't get far dialing it before being interrupted.

Another call from the computer scummers, this time for Macintosh.  Probably because I told the last jerk that wanted to fix my windows computer that I had a Mac.

This is an out an out scam.Sounds like it was from India.They tell you that you have a lot of unwanted junk coming into your computer.They take your computer over if you let them and then hold you for ransom.Don't pay em a cent,I didn't but it got ugly before it got better.

Rang.  Didn't answer.  "028"?   Really?   Going in the telemarketing abyss of my phone - it won't ring or vibrate ever again.

Just got a call from this number. Comcast wouldn't let me block it...said it was an invalid number. I did answer because I'm getting a lot of calls for a lost pet. No one seemed to be on the other end.

Said they were calling about my computer in a thick accent. I asked "which one?". They said your Windows computer. I told him I didn't have one and he quickly switched to "you're using Mac, right?".
Hung up right away and added to reject list.

Received a call on my cell phone at 11:53am today. I do not make outgoing calls on my phone or accept incoming calls. No one has that number, so I knew immediately it was a scam. I researched the number to find that it is STILL the Windows scam. It is annoying, but each time one of these guys call, I research it, then report it to the FTC at www. Complaints@DoNotCall.gov. If they get enough complaints, they will hopefully put an end to these ridiculous calls.

My 83 year old mother just received a call from this number.  She never answers call from people she does not know. I answered the call and it is a SCAM. They state they are calling about computer repair business that we ordered.  I work in IT so I NEVER would have requested their help.  I really don't understand why she gets all these calls if she is on a do not call list.  The government really needs to crack down on these predators.

Another computer tech support spam call. This is why I have VOIPO for my home phone, which is the only number I give out, so that I can blacklist any and every spam caller that calls. When I explained that I only have a work phone, they finally gave up. They caller was nice enough, but still pushing garbage.

Unwanted call about computer..regardless of registration on the Do Not Call

Just received a call from 583-028-6463.  I never answer calls from numbers that are unfamiliar to me.  Googled the number & found the area code is not in use in the U.S.
From what I've read in the above posts it's a scam.   Don't waste your time, don't answer & don't call them back.

Just received a call and it was a lady that kept saying Hello, Hello, Hello and finally hung up.  I don't answer ANY OF THESE CALLS...bunch of crooks and I don't have "STUPID" written on my forehead!!

Got a call from 583-028-6463... all that was there was a gravelly hello.

These people are relentless. I told them repeatedly not to call me back but they insist that I need to fix my computer. When I asked which computer, he said "All of them!"

So angry with the calls from this number 58-302-86463. I never answer, they leave no message except Hello, Hello, Hello. CID records this number and INTERNATIONAL. Looked it up on 800 notes.com.  The references from 800 Notes looks Asian and you can translate page. Didn't click on page. Watching all my statements very carefully.
