The message said that it was from IRS. agent Miller, they said that they were going to levy my assets.

I also received a call and when I tried to call back his voice mail is full, I think it is a scam

I had the message from allegedly an IRS agent Jason Miller concerning money laundering unfounded accusation which is ludicrous. Miller called again 3 hrs later with the same message that if I don't call, the IRS will do this ^ that if I don;t call back his hotline # of 585-250-1506, But then why would he call again with the same message when I already returned his call?? Sounds fishy, I called the FBI to give them the number & they also told me it's a scam just as my lawyer did when I called to inform him!!

I got a call from the same number claiming that if I did not call back the he would not be responsible for what the IRS would do.  

I got the same message on my phone. I googled the number and found out that it is a landline from Batavia N.Y.  I called back and this guy sounds like a terrorist.

This is a scam. The IRS will not call you.

i keep getting call from this no...to pay them money? for what?

I received a call from Jason Miller claiming to be from the IRS.  I suspected a prank, so when I returned the call, the caller answered "IRS, Agent Davis here, who am I speaking with?"  I said, "How do I know you're really the IRS?  What office have I reached."  The agent responded with an expletive and hung up.  When I called back, the agent just shouted into the phone.

IRS fraud. Foreign accent, maybe Russian Mafia or other terrorist group. Pretends to be the IRS to get information for identity theft.  Do not answer any questions.

got two messages from him today thought he was an officer of the law and called back some security agent or so he said he was to call back in the morning..I asked is this a police department and he said no the irs...funny the irs doesn't call they send you something in the mail...I blocked the number..

Have a very phony accent. Said he was from IRS. I know it was a scam..

I also received two calls from 'Officer Jason Miller', heavily accented (Jamaican?).  Definitely a fraud so I did not respond.

Got the same call from Agent Jason Miller.  He needs to learn how to speak English.  I assumed it was a scam.

The name the caller used was "Officer Jason Miller"; he was very unclear with a very heavy accent. I am not calling him back because any IRS, owed debt or banks would mail proof of debt. Besides the number he called me on is a company mobile  phone and not in an individuals name much less mine... Calling theses people back confirms to THEM that YOUR NUMBER is good and perhaps (by talking to you) they get YOUR NAME too... NEVER leave your full name on your voice mail greetings; at best just a 1st name... Furthermore, personal checks should never have your full 1st name, just 1st initial and full last name and also have phone company do the same with your phone bill. Makes it difficult for someone to forge your account if they don't know your 1st name and a quick search of your phone number can confirm that unless you only have 1st initial...

Also received the same from IRS...Jason Miller.  He was very hard to understand.  Guess he should learn to speak
English a tad bit better before trying this scam...

The call said it was from IRS ... from some officer Miller .. and asked me not to disregard this call ... and wanted me to call him back ...
The caller ID said that the call is from Batavia, NY.

After checking the number of people who have received this call on this site ....... I too decided not to call this number back.

I too receive this call. After reading all comments, i feel relax.

The caller said he is from the IRS. I know for a fact that the IRS will not call me. They might send me a letter but they was not personally call me. This is a scam.
