Verizon Survey call.  They do that after you have called their customer service department.  Its a follow up to see how good they did.

Something called “Diversified Consultants.” I blocked a previous number they called from (518-285-4753) so they started calling me from this one. I do think it’s Verizon. I had Fios a while back and I upgraded some packages online and they charged $120 in fees for me to click a couple buttons on my computer at home to add channels...so I dumped their service and never paid the bill because they refused to remove the outrageous fees.
