Yes I did and they were talking about sending me an email 6 months ago and they wanted to know if I wanted to take care of this matter or should they schedule something to be docketed in court.  I told her she was going to need to fax me proof that they legitimately owned this account (per FDCPA any debt collector must, by law, provide verification of any loan once the debtor requests it).  She got really snarky and started raising her voice and said she's not going to do that and that she doesn't have to.  I told her she was in violation of FDCPA - she started calling me names.  I called her a few things and told her to f off and hung up on her.  She called right back and called me a dummy and a loser.
