Calls and hangs up, Non-stop

I just received a phone call from this number claiming that it was a company called Erie Construction Company..  I have told this outfit NO many, many times.. She proceeded to tell me i was being rude TO HER!!  There were men in the background laughing...  she kept telling me that i was being rude to her and that she was so sorry I was having a bad day.. blah, blah, blah...  if this is a legit company, why are they harassing people who have told them many times they are not interested.  and why would they have someone like that working for them?????????????   Better not call again..

Erie Construction calls EVERY DAY!  I told them I was not interested when they called and they have continued to call me every day for a month. I have the number on auto-reject but they still call every day. Sometimes twice a day. Give it up Erie Construction. Even if I could do any repairs, you would be the last company I would call based on the fact that you are so annoying.

Advise to all re: 585-8423, don't answer. I decided to close my cell phone acct.
