An individual by the name of "Mark Rosenburg, alleging he works for check systems contacted my client in violation of Federal CH 7 Discharge regulations. Mr. Rosenburg not only refused to provide my client with an address of service for his firm, he repeatedly threatened legal action. What Mr. Rosenburg is about to be educated with is a lesson that contacting an individual with a discharged Ch 7 comes with hefty legal fines and of course the associated legal fees.  

I too received a call from Mark Rosenberg. He claims to be a director at Check Systems and also said that he has been appointed as mediator for some complaint that is linked to me, my date of birth and SSN. I have no idea who this Mark is, but he appears to be trying to pull some type of scam. I refused to verify the phone number that he had reached me at, so he said that he was going to go ahead and forward the complaint against me to the courts.

I also received a v.m. from a Mark Roseberg claiming to be with Check Systems, a mediator for some complaint that is linked to me, date of birth, and SSN.  I have no idea who he is and have not received any kind of notice in the mail regarding the complaint, i.e. who it's from, what it's about, etc.  I believe it's a scam.  

Check Systems is a well known fraud shop in NY. Simply demand a notice of validation be mailed to you (NOT e-mail or fax.) as per federal regulations under the FDCPA. "Mark" will start squirming like the insignificant sac of pus that he is.

He didn't learn anything. He just called me, left a message and called back immediately after.  
I sent that one to vm too, but he hung up instead of leaving another message.

Mark did a great job assisting me with my loan.com debt that I had I owed over $5000 and he got me a settlement for $1500 and did everything legal and by the books.You guys are crazy and probably are your typically scumbag debtor who owes everyone and that mother...You should be taking to court hopefully you guys will gain some sence and handle your resonsibility before you get in trouble or mess our economy up more then you already have

A Mark Rosenberg called me as well claiming that I have a debt from 5 yrs old...really and he refused to send me a mail copy of the letter supposedly alleged the debt...he wanted credit card info over the phone and I DO NOT give out that info....personally I think it is a scam and he refused to give me any info on the claim!!

Pretending to be a "satisfied customer"?
