they are calling my cell phone so i don't get anything except the phone number on caller id.  I have no idea who it is but they need to stop calling my cell phone!!!!

This is Verizon or one of their Bill Collectors... if this number is calling you, your bill is severely overdue.

Sorry, our financial relationship with Verison is perfectly fine. And I keep getting these call for my wife on my phone, not hers, to make payments. DO NOT pay these people anything.  Also watch for 800-754-0961.

This number shows as a wireless number. I doubt bill collectors are calling from their cell phones. Besides, I just made a payment to Verizon -- my account it fine, and I'm still getting these calls.

It is Verizon.  it could be for a late payment or you might be close to an upgrade for your phone like I am.  Verizon has a lot of numbers they call from and may show up as a wireless number because they know people are more likely to answer the phone if it shows up as wireless.

I doubt it's VZ.  I don't have an account with them of any kind, yet this number calls my phone too.

I've been getting calls from this number at least once a day (often multiple times a day) for over a month. The caller never leaves a voice mail and when I answer they are 1)silent, 2)laughing or 3)just saying hello loudly and repeatedly. It's clearly on purpose and approaching stalking. Anyone know a free way to block numbers through verizon?

It is Verizon but it is an outsourced facility so the records are only updateed every 24 hours so they may call even if the bill has already been paid.

I get calls from this number SEVERAL times a day, along with 585-563-2880.  My account is current.  They never leave a message and I always seem to miss the call.  Hopefully next time I can answer and ask them to stop calling!!

I just got a call from (585) 563-2880 and no voicemail either!  I looked it up and it says it's a cell phone so I tried to text them and it says invalid number.  It must be an outsourced call and someone trying to do something

These calls are an intrusion on my privacy. It does not matter to me if they are coming from Verizon, whom I pay monthly for cell, internet, and landline services. I PAY monthly. I want these calls to stop.

I am a Verizon customer in good standing and got the call.  This is a great service - Now I don't need to worry it is my ex.

hay I am getting calls on my cell and home phone!! verzson is paid up. I get it several time a day! very rude. if it is Verizon this is just another way to make me hate them! if I could get service in my area with ANYONE else I would drop them like a hot rock- Id even pay the penalty just to be rid of them and there rude behavior!

Same thing here, I get calls from this # a lot, but I know people are able to use free internet programs to spoof a wireless caller #'s.  Ie.  When the call shows up on your phone, it looks as if its coming from another persons verizon # but it's fake and hacked.  Don't pay them anything! Pay verizon through the site, mail, or your smartphone.

they call 6 times in one day either they leave no massage or when you answer they hang up

No message left. I've gotten calls on a few occasions from Verizon about overdue payments, and they always leave a message - one of the canned, pre-recorded ones. This number doesn't act lie verizon. ESPECIALLY since my account is completely current.

This is def not Verizon. My bill is all caught up and they are calling my phone but asking for my mother! (which her bill is all caught up as well) Do not pay these people any money! It is a scam!

It is not Verizon, it is a collection agency called DRS they are looking for my X husband and were very polite but I would not give them any information.
