****  i'm  suspecting  "   WCA  SUBSCRIBER  SERVICES"......  at  this  point.....

At Annoyed, the same guy called me as well. There system is like an automatic dialer and then you're supposed to hit zero to talk to an "Operator." See I owe a place for a pay day loan and that I have attempted to get a paper bill and all these people do and say; '' well explain it to me, and then basically say they don't care.'' I have called in peace, lol. I tried asking for a paper bill and they sent me one, which I still am lacking of to this day. This guy uses Unified Portfolio Services for his company and then calls himself an "Investigator.'' They accused me of lying when I asked them to send me a paper bill so I could sent a money order and see how much I owe, etc. I think it''s a scam now and he say's it's check fraud.

The man calls and said that I am going to be issued a subpoena and that I need to call back.  He mentioned identity theft to me as well.

I got a call from this guy today saying he was investigating me for check fraud and that my debt was with another company and that his company was just to investigate the check fraud. Well this all comes from an account that has been through 5 different collection agencys since it was placed for collections. And the original creditor had no idea about the threat of check fraud!!!!

He keep calling a place of Business with threats!! This is not professional at all!!!

I am so glad I didn't pay this [***] I can't believe he would do these kind of things to people, payday loans yes I owe money to, check fraud he said I'd be charged. I want to find this guy Ken with this fake [***] company. Threats and lies!!!! Don't pay!!!!

I just received a phone call saying that I was going to be issued a subpoena as well but left me little information.  He was very rude and said it would be in my best interest to call him back.  I owe a payday loan money but haven't been able to pay it but they as well didn't send me any kind of paperwork to even know how much I owe now.  Anyone else gotten threats from them too?  Let me know
He doesn't even leave a company name.
