Does anyone know who is calling? Thanks in advance.

This number showed up on my efax caller-id and it was a fax blast promoting ASIAN Stocks. The fax states at the bottom it was created by Gemini Market News and distributed by Pathfinder Marketing Inc. (Pathfinder). Removal number is 1-800-315-9192.  My feeling is everytime you call and remove your number, you are really helping them and they sell it to the next guy.  Who knows, they should be arrested.  They are deliberately breaking the law.

I found this number had called my toll free number, on 10/26. I called the number today to find out who the number was and it is no longer in service.

They left a 5 second "silent" message.  Only heard keystrokes being typed in the background.

I had this number (585-730-6158) appear three times on my AT & T (toll free incoming #) bill.  The first call showed a duration of 21 minutes followed by a 3 minute call and a 1 minute call.

The call identifies as coming from Rochester, NY.  And, I have no business associates from there.

Does anyone know how to stop this?

Someone from this number called our toll free line and left a message of just under 30 seconds.  It was impossible to understand the message because there was way too much static and the caller had what sounded like a very thick accent.

Called our toll-free number and supposedly left a 2-minute message, though I have not received the voicemail at all through our phone system. I dialed the number and received a message saying the phone number was no longer in service.

This number was added to my paypal account as one of my contact numbers. During the same week that the number was added there were 2 fraudulent charges from Match.com totaling approximately $100.00. Needless to say I changed my password, security question, and reported the suspicious activity to paypal.

My Washington Mutual checking/debit account was used for charges on Skpe.com and ccbill.com totaling about 80 dollars.  I was asked in the automated portion of the fraud call if this phone number (585 730 6158) was mine -- an indication that the owner of the number had changed my contact information.    I have never lived in the 585 area code and reside in area code 206.

I received 15 phone calls from this number on my toll free line.  The total charges were over $10.  We don't know anyone in this area of the country and have never made any of these calls.

In my job I sometimes have to take inbound calls, and I happen to have caller ID.  In the last 6 months I've had 4 separate calls come in, from different parts of the country, with this number showing on the caller ID screen.  These calls came from people who were already our customers, and I verified their numbers.  In no instance was it 585-730-6158.  

I think it is probably some kind of error on the Caller ID system.

585 is the area code for Brockport NY, outdside of Rochester NY, been there not a lot of big business there, is a small college town... odd

I saw this phone number attached to my paypal as well.  I'm going to do some close looking on my account.  Thanks for the heads up.

In one month, I received 5 separate calls to my toll free number through AT&T.  They were very long calls I was being charged for and I don't do business in Rochester NY where the calls originated.  The number is no longer in service.  I submitted a claim to AT&T's fraud department.

CAll from this number reported on my conference call service. The actual call was 24 minutes, the call from this number was 210 minutes and I have no one in the New York area that was on the call.

We have a fax number with MyFax, and when we we tested our new fax machine, this number showed up as OUR caller ID, even though it does not come close to matching our home phone (which is with Vonage) or our fax number.

We have been getting these calls on our bill since 5/07.  We thought it was an employee until I read all these comments.  There must be something that can be done about this. Whoever this is is using up our usable 800 minutes
