It was just a 2 minute voice message with every now and then laughter on October 9 th and 10 th

Same experience as Joyce, minute and a half of someone occasionally laughing.

Same here. About 3 calls in the last 3 days. Voicemail with the same thing

Number calls several times a day.... rings 3-4 times and hangs up.

Calls, I answer and no one speaks.

I get hang ups and breathing into my voicemail...when I did pick up today they sat there breathing and saying nothing

I just started getting this number calling me.  A voicemail with nothing but laughing and breathing.

I got the same thing this afternoon....sounds like a pocket dial, with background noise and talking. Weird.
I tried to call the # back but it is always busy.

It's Time Warner Cable Collection Dept.

This number called our home # this morning. Let the machine pickup b/c we didn't recognize the #. Message left sounded like a bear growling/snoring for the entire time of the msg. No words or laughing. Strange.

This number has called many time with breathing and laughing on voice mail go to call back and it's busy as I use my phone for work this creates many promblems and hope this can stop

Call from this number today around 4:10pm. No one on the line, I said hello several times and got no answer and just no sound at all. Called back and it is busy.

i got the growling and breathing this morning on my homephone. it honestly sounds like someone in trying to say something in the "breathing" part.

Just listened to a message on my voicemail from the 26th. Sounded like something growling... Odd

Glad I read these, this number keeps calling and calling, won't leave a message, just hangs up. I don't pick it up due to the fact that I don't know the number. adding to my blocked numbers now.

It IS Time Warner Cable collections....and I have gotten calls from them when they didn't respond to my hello. I think that happens when they aren't paying attention to what they are doing, which must be pretty often. Someone oughta tell TWC that their employees are slacking off on the job.
