"Edward" called our company this morning, claiming to be from the Boston Chamber of Commerce, requesting we verify the name of our company's owner (which he did know).  We did not verify his request.  Although "Edward" claimed to be from Boston's Chamber of Commerce, our caller ID registered the call as coming from New York (not Massachusetts).  This is the second call in two days, however, yesterday's call came through as anonymous on our Caller ID.

We received a call from this number yesterday saying they were renewing a magazine subscription for us.  The magazine was one we subscribed to quite a few years ago and nothing recent.  She had an accent and asked me to verify information for her.  I told her no, we weren't renewing any subscription we no longer had and I wasn't telling her any thing.  I hung up.  She didn't sound suprised.

I received a call from this number today, 10/14/09; a lady with a heavy Asian accent said she was calling from the National Medicare Office and that I would be getting a new Medicare Card in 3 to 5 business days because a lot of people were using Medicare Cards that did not belong to them to get benefits.  When I pressed for the purpose of calling me, she wanted me to verify my name, mailing address, which she already had; then asked me my birthdate, and said "grab your checkbook, we need your banking information to send your new Medicare Card.  I told her no, I would not give her any information, and I hung up.  I reported all this to the Medicare fraud hotline, and also the OIG Fraud hotline. She said she was calling from Las Vegas Nevada; but when I ran the number through the computer, it's registered to someone in Rochester NY. I tried calling the no. back, but no answer, or busy signal. Scary; these people need to be stopped!!

I have been receiving calls from this number almost daily for the past week.  Each time I answer its just a hang up call.  When you dial it back there is a recording that says the number is not in service.

These scumbags are using some kind of masking device to display their number as something other than what it is. They called me at 1am.

what a bunch of jerks, they call and ask for the owner like they went to highschool together, then when I say he is not here or to hold on they hang up on me.  We need to find a way to call this group of [***] back

Received a call today,2:45 p.m. ask for me by first name then hung up.  I tried to call back and it says it is an incorrect number??

Received calls to day for 585-775-0567 and when I call back I get a busy, or not inservice.  I was concerned because I am from Rochester.

I got a call today (I'm in California) from this number and it said it's from t-mobile.  I'm talking to one of their representatives right now and they're promising to have me removed from their system (again!!!) which they just keep calling from different numbers.

Got a call from this number stating they were the Dallas Chamber of Commerce asking me to verify my title and phone number.  Needless to say I declined.

Received a call today from this number.  As I didn't recognize it, I did not answer.  The female caller asked for us by name, then hung up.  After reading the posts above, I am filing a complaint with Do Not Call.

This person calls at least once a day.  They ask for my boss and before I can get out, he's not in, they hang up.  I have let the call go through to him before and the person that calls us is calling from a collection agency...they are not collecting money but rather trying to solicit business...they want to handle our collection accounts.  They are extremely rude and my boss said he will never do business with them.  He tried to tell them that he was not interested in switching from our current company and they became very ill and he actually had a screaming match with them on the phone!!  They are VERY unprofessional.  The company that calls us is one from Dallas, Tx.  I have reported them to the BBB and they responded with they would take our name off their list, which has not happened yet.  That was sometime last year when I done that.  I cannot remember the name of the company, but they are calling us again and I will search to find it and report them again.  You cannot call the number back because it says either it is not in service or all circuits are busy.

I recived a call from this number on 11/11/09.  I aswered and a gentleman said, "suck it".  I paused in shock and asked who is this and he said can I speak to *********** (my boss).  I told him he wasn't here and he hung up.

This was an auto phone call from Macy's confirming delivery of my furniture.

Extremely belligerent man on the other end of the call. Asked for "Jane" (no not her real name, I have masked that). The phone is in her name you see. When I said she was not here, the arrogant SOB told me I was lying. That she had asked him to call at that time. I pointed out to him that his call was unwanted, and that he was out of line. He hung up on me. I have no idea what intimidation tactic he was using, but my next response will be a very loud whistle down the phone.

This number calls me daily on my work phone asking for someone who isn't with my company.  When I tell them he no long works here they ask for my managing director and then hang up.  I mean EVERY day.  And how they got this number is beyond me.  This is a corporate extension.  I think tomorrow I'm going to mess with them and pose as the person they are calling about.  Give them the run around and then say some choice words in a very displeasing tone. And do this every time they call.  Just for kicks ya know.

Called me in California @ 6:30am.  Asked for me (as the owner of my business).  I confirmed in a not so happy tone and they hung up before I could request they take me off their list.

A man called and asked for Mr. .... (owners name) when I told him Mr. .... was in a meeting he hung up.

Caller was from Payday Loan Solutions. They told me to call back an 800 #
