This is a collection agency called Windham Professionals.

They just called my phone looking for my son. I refused to give them a phone number.
The man said he was with Winham Professionals. I asked what it pertained to. He said a personal matter.

The are a collection agency.  One of their clients is the US Dept. of Education.

Collection Agency for defaulted student loans. They add enormous fees to the amount and you will never be able to pay, for example fees of $7000 on a loan for $10,000. They are bottom feeders, best to get an attorney and file a lawsuit for harassment. There are lots of complaints about this company and they have been taken to court over violations of the FDCPA. Keep accurate records.
