I keep getting this number popping up on my cell when I text. It comes back to me as if I text this ? who is this ???

Idk who it is but they are texting me and I can't even understand what they are trying to say

Repeated texts keep coming back from 587-580-0174 !! Very annoying , don't know who it is !! Want it stopped asap !!

Me too! When I text one phone in particular (778-888-xxxx) the first few words of my text come back to me from this number. Very odd

First time it has happened to me. Not sure what the heck is going on.

I've also received texts back (basically the start of the text I just sent) from this number and I finally figured it out: it only happens when I text to a cell phone that's a flip phone. There may be more to it than that, but that's the common thread in my experience. Some kind of tech glitch I think?

People still have flip phones??? :D

Report on TV that they are making a comeback. Celebrities are using them, so it sets a 'trend'.

Stop texting me

I received a text from this number 408-565-8863.
The text only said "Hey"
I checked the message details and another number is in the details as a service number 587-580-0174. The area code I believe is  Edmonton, Alberta.
The first number the 480 number goes back to San Jose California.
So I don't know what that is about.
I will try adding them as a contact. Then block them. Hope it works.
