I keep getting call from this phone number where no one says anything and where no one responds to anything I say when I answer.  This number calls me and leaves no message.  I am busy.  I am a physician.  I don't have time for this nonsense.  However, since this number is time-associated with another company that also calls me and gives the name of a psychopath I brought to court and have a restraining order against, I suspect that this number is associated with the very dangerously mentally ill person named Steven Hardies of Worcester County, Massachusetts.  If this is so, then please contact the Worcester Police Department if it is associated with him.  Thank you.  I notice this number comes up at "Name Unavailable" at 5:55 p.m. on April 19, 2011 and as "[No Name]" at 5:56 p.m. on April 19, 2011 and again as "Name Unavailable" at 6:06 p.m. on April 19, 2011.  At 6:02 p.m. on April 19, 2011 the name of a company which named Steven Hardies as the person the call was for came to my phone from a number 866-206-5574.  This company is a debt collection agency called Coastal Credit Solutions and they promised never to call me again on behalf of this psychopath, Steven Hardies.  Thank you.  When the phone was ringing it said "800 Services."

The call center is JSB Global, calling from India.

It's JSB Global from India, they record their calls surreptitiously, don't subscribe to the federal DNC. Coastal Credit Solutions actually sells debt settlement plans, acts as a referral source.

OKAY!!!! I get a call from a 589-657-8555 ~ at least once a day, but today, I got 3 calls @ 9:30, 10:52 & 1:08 ~ and mind you, each time they call, I asked that my number be removed...WELLLLLL!!! The last person that called was not having it...HE CALLED ME A [***] [***] BEACH & hang up the phone ~ LOL!!! I can't believe it?

JSB global is one of the leading spam callers. their office # 9097137137 their e-mail address is sales@jsbglobalservices.com and they most frequently show up on caller IDs as 5896578555 (an invalid phone number when called)

They are a call center in India and do not feel compelled to honor do not call lists. Please feel free to spam away. Sign them up for any known spammer sites. use their e-mail address and office number. Return the favor they have given so many of us.

They used to ID themselves as Nationwide Mortgage, and transferred calls to Quicken Loans. Now they call themselves "American Financial" and refuse to stop calling. AF used to be alias for IMG LLC of Gilbert AZ.

I have received the same phone call for for weeks now. When I asked the gentleman to stop calling he told me to "F**K OFF." I then told him my phone was wired and the call was being  traced, and I knew who he was and where he was calling from. He hung up so fast I didn't have the time to tell him to F-OFF.

I Just recieved a call from 589-657-8555and the caller asked in a strong accent for my husband by name. When I said he was unavailable and could I take a message he replied "Uh yes sweetheart I would like to f*** you. Are you interested?" Stunned I asked him to repeat the question. He did. Word for word. Outraged I said "sure lets meet right now. you have my phone #. If you also have my address come over now. AND I WILL SHOOT YOU DEAD!" I now know that was an ignorant response because he apparently got a reaction out of me. However I now have him listed in my contacts as "Obscene caller." But now that I see from all the problems every one else is having it is an act of futility to try to stop these people from calling, I'll just block their #.

they call 3 to 4 times a week. I've told them to put me on the do not call list but they keep calling.

There are lots of Call Centers from India. Who are using The Same Number..Like Lead Transfer System, Zythum InfoSys, Mega Leadz.. And I m also Getting lots of calls from Different different Call centers... At the End of the Time I disconnected My Number..

How Do you Know that you are getting calls form JSB Global They might be from Lead transfer system Or From Any Other Company...Your Information is Totally  Wrong.  I have Received so many calls from the Same Number. I am pleased to see I am not alone in receiving these nasty calls from this harassing company in India, which uses the names of people the creditor knows, to increase its harassment.  However, I have made amends with Steven Hardies, the man this company named for whom these calls were for.  Steven did not make these phone calls.  I owe him an apology.  Furthermore, he has changed and he has given up what he calls "dark practices" and I have seen him as a much better person than he used to be.  In respect of this marked change and in respect that Steven had nothing to do with these harassing phone calls, I retract any and all negative statements I made about Steven Hardies.  It seems clear, however, from the other comments made about this phone number and this company from India, that this company specializes in getting to the emotional triggers in a "client" they are attempting to harass.  With one person, they mentioned her husband by name and stated they wanted to have sex with that lady in very vulgar terms.  With me, they must have looked up court records and seen this restraining order and mentioned Steven's name to me.  I guess debt collectors are using companies outside of U.S. jurisdiction to harass debtors since such harassment is now illegal inside the U.S.  I have no restraining order against Steven Hardies anymore.  He was young and was angry and that was a past condition.  However, these foreign "harassing companies" need to be reviewed by our government officials that enforce the Fair Credit Reporting Act and the Fair Credit Collection Act, because someone here inside the United States is paying these companies to violate federal law when they make these harassing telephone calls.
