Received calls from this number several times and answered it today and they don't say anything

They call and not say anything everyday I'm do tired of these call sometime they pertent to be a call from the police Department wanting you to donate and I no that's not true please help

This person keeps calling and hanging up on me. I finally got irritated and called them back and it just rang and rang.

I am having the same problem.

Keep getting calls from 601-255-0772 five or six times a day. Call back and no answer.

Just keep CALLING!!!

The telephone is NOT a toy!!  My time is valuable!  Please find something else to do!

Keep calling home phone from Hattiesburg MS. No reply when answered.

WHO  ARE YOU talking to?  No one here is calling you.  Call blocker might be of some help.  Also don't pick up on numbers you do not recognize, or where there are caller IDs that seem odd.  Or where there is no caller ID

Got news for you folks. the 255 exchange is in the area code for South Mississippi. The 601 exchange is in middle Mississippi. These are troll calls to see if you are home. They then sell that info o other scammers. That's why the constant repeat calls with no one on the line.

Called, didn't answer, they didn't leave a message -- so my phone has it's own block call feature - LOVE it - so I blocked the number, yahoo!!!

Actually not anymore.. Before the coast went to 228, 601 was our area code.. the 255 and 452 exchange numbers, with a 228 area code,  were basically in DeLisle and Pass Christian... but if you look it up, the 255 exchange is in H'burg and the 452 exchange is in Taylorsville, tho I have no idea where that is, will have to look it up.. So many more exchange numbers are available , since so many people got rid of their landlines after Katrina. But correct you are Sam, they are Scammer Trolls for sure.. You no longer can even answer a local call, because 9 out of 10 times, it's a scam..  :(

601 255 0772 just called me twice in five min , did not leave any message.

Answered and they started speaking in Arabic...I think. Hung up.
