I got a call from this number this afternoon on my cell phone.  It was an automated message about a call from a correction institute.  I didn't listen to the message, just hung up the call

Got the call 9:35pm 2-25-2010,  automated message, something about a correction institute and a collect call, i hung up after about 5 seconds.  My cell is prepaid and i dont think it does collect calls so what ever scamers.

I received this phone call as a recording.  Half of the message was missing.  I called the number to ask why they called.  I pushed the buttons as instructed and they never answered.  Go figure.  Must be another McDonald's employee who previously got fired.

I received an unwanted call from this number.  It was a recording saying something about a collect call from a correctional institution.  I hung up.

Got a call at 7 am from "infinity network" (536-7521 area code didn't show). I didn't answer, they didn't leave a message. then at 8:30 got a call form 601-326-9293, the recording said "you have been receiving collect calls from a correctional facility, and have reached your limit. If you wish to be able to receive more collect calls, please cal Infinity at...."      That's when i hung up.

Exact same thing.... I hung up as fast as I could

Well, I'm kind of glad I'm not the only one! But it's disturbing

As you can see, a lot os us have, mine was twiwce in 5 minutes, sarting @ 8:20PM Central

This is not the kind of call I wish to receive and/or listen to. I don't know anybody in jail or prison, so this # can be trashed for me. Thank you. P.S. I also see that a lot of people have written about this # about collect call from jail blah blah blah, etc...

I need to add, that previously a few days before I also got a phone from some parish jail that is located in Louisiana (I checked the name on Google). And some guy said his name. I was not at home... But from the intonation, it was a black guy. I don't know any black guy, and definitely not anyone who is in jail...

I got a pre-recorded message from this number. I called them back. I have a " step-son' in jail, he has been phoning friends and charging the calls back to my home number... at the rate of 15 times a day. They told me on the message that I had exceded my unlimited calls because the phone calls from jail is about 15 bucks a min.. He had been calling his friends and charging the number back to HOME PHONE.. I am sorry, I aint paying 1000 bucks a month for him to yak with his friends... I blocked it.. told them I am childless and dont know anyone in jail... Wife is pissed at me, but, HEY, I still have a 1000 bucks a month extra..

I received a call from this number, and I'm glad because that let me know my love one was incarcerated.

I received a call from this number also.......said it was a correctional facility......BOGUS!!!!!  It needs to be stopped

The number is real, my ex got put in jail for damaging my car and is now trying to contact me after i ordered a TPO(Temporary Protective Order)

I have been getting calls also from "Infinity Network' ,will not answer any calls from numbers that I don't know. Wish I could stop them.

I have received a call from this number a bunch of times, is it a legit number? Like from someone in Jail? Or is it a scam? I'm confused. :-/

apparently it is a Network for prisons,a communication system is all I could figure out. Someone just tried to call my Dad twice from there,when I called to see what was going on they told me someone must have dialed the wrong #,I told her how could they do that twice in a row off 2 different #s,and his # is unlisted....

I first received a call from a jail but I hung up. About 20 mins later I received this call from Infinity Network. It was a recording with a number to call. I do not want to be called again. I am going to check my phone bill closely. This has to stop!
