Has called cell twice on Sunday afternoon so far. No one is there.

called back said number was disconnected...annoying, called me twice back to back.

This number called me repeatedly for 5 or 6 times around 10 am.

Automated voice telling me my debit card was deactivated and if I want to keep it active to press one and enter my debit card number.  Called the number back and it is disconnected.  Fraud written all over this one!  I don't have a debit card.

I got a call from these piece of garbage as well. Calls non-stop.

Folk, this seems to be the caller ID, or at least one of the caller IDs, displayed when someone calls someone else using yahoo messenger phone out service. Anyway, that's the number that gets displayed on my mobile phone when I called myself using yahoo messenger (601-429-9005). A yahoo messenger user who did not purchase a phone number from yahoo will always broadcast either this caller id (601-429-9005), 'Unknown', or another weird caller id (such as 000-000-1234) etc. Needless to say, calling back this number is of no avail since it belongs to no one in particular. Hope this helps.

Missed a call from this number at 5:30PM PDT. When I tried to call it back it stated the number had been disconnected or was no longer in service.

I just got a call from this number as well....Some woman wanted to give me back $349 dollars in unclaimed money thats due me..All she needed was my bank account number to transfer the funds into...Do I have SUCKER written over my forehead. I dont think so...I called the number back and got the same response the number is no longer in service...They will keep calling until they get some unsuspecting victim who will gladly give them their bank account information.

They called me a few times today.  Another number that was reported as a scam artist called yesterday, along with a bunch on calls that just said "caller unknown".  They're called about 8 times in the last two days...no messages.  Can you request that the phone company block certain numbers?  I guess next time they call I'll answer and see what kind of scam they are trying to pull, tell them off, and tell them not to call again or I'll report them to the authorities (like that will do any good...).

So i tried sending a text messege but a text came back saying invalid number so I tried calling. It said the number was no longer in service or disconnected which was kind of weird. So Im hoping to get some answers because its sort of scary.

Got a call from this # and it was silent, so I looked up the area code and it said there in Mississippi. Call was at 8:44 am. mountain time. Hope someone can catch these people !

Number 601-429-9005 called my cell phone on 01 August 2009 at 10:14:08 AM EST. I did not answer the call since I did not recognize the number.

Just had a missed call at 4:18 est.

I just received 2 consecutive calls from this number on my cell phone around 4.45pm. I never answer numbers I do not know, but a voicemail was recorded. Nothing was said in the voicemail, only the type of background noise one would hear when a telemarketer calls. I called the number back and like everyone has experienced, "number out of service". Next time they call I am going to answer just to see what they have to say, and probably mess with them a bit the moment something fraudulent is suggested to me.
