Charge was made to debit card in the amount of 11.89 on April 30, 2008 the name on my account said Tamarack Designs in Canton MS. I did not authorize these charges.  When I call the phone number list I get a recording saying all operators are busy please email us your message at supportattamarack consults.

I also had a charge that was made to my account with the same details as Becky Sue, I tried to call and had the same message, also tried to email and received an undeliverable message within minutes. What can we do??

Hey, I had the same thing happen to me, I have called that number several times and now it has a general voice mail message. To my knowledge this is a scam. I have notified my bank and am filling out an affidavit in the morning.

Same situation with me. My debit card was charged on April 24th for the amount of $12.49. Same company, same phone number, same message saying "all operaters are busy". It shows as a debit card transaction that was physically made at this place of business - or whatever it is, and I don't live anywhere near MS.

same thing here. 11.49 on 5/5/08-questioned my bank, was told it was a transaction my husband made on the internet. I looked "Tamarack Designs" up online and found this site, but most of what I found was companies that do graphic designs, landscaping,and things to do with carpentry/contsruction. My husband is a contractor and does order from certain companies via telephone using his card. Out of curiosity(I'm curious as to how these folks got our card number!)Does anybody on this site have anything to do with carpentry/constuction, etc.?

11.89 is exactly what my credit card was charged on April 22 by Tamarack Designs.  Since I've never heard of them, I'm getting my card changed.  BTW, unlike your bill, my line item says "TAMARACK DESIGNS 601-667-4534 WA".  Hmmmm....

I'd like to add that my credit card was also charged for 12.79 on 04/30 by Tamarack Designs 601-667-4534 WA. It was on a Pay Pal Mastercard which I had not used since last summer. I'd like to know where these people are getting our card numbers also. Pay Pal has canceled my card and will dispute the charge. Hopefully they will be able to find the owner of the account. I wonder how many people just go ahead and pay it without ever checking.

I didn't receive a call, but I did get the charge on my debit card.  It was 04/11/08 in the amount of $11.89 to Tamarack Designs.  I cannot get through to this company on the phone.  I have contacted my bank and they are disputing the charge for me.  The only drawback is having to get new debit cards.  But my banks is prosecuting the owners of this company and I think it will be worth it in the end.

I also received a charge to my credit card on 5/5/08 in the amount of $12.79 from Tamarack Designs.  I will get in touch with my cr. ard co. and complain.  They obviously have an account with the credit card co. to get these deductions.

Got a charge on my CC from this Tamarack Designs in WA for 11.49.  Filed a dispute with Capital One.

Also had charge of $12.79 on my Business MasterCard to Tamarack Designs with the phone # 601/667-4534 in WA.  Recording said number temporarily unavailable, so I checked internet and found this site.  Disputed charge with my card company

I was charged 11.89 on 4/25. The only other purchases I made that day were a train pass and a purchase at a clothing store. Maybe it's tied into one of these stores?...

My company credit card was charged $11.89 on 4/25 and posted on 4/28 to Tamarack Designs. I never received a call from this company and we have no association with this company.  When Icalled the phone number 601-667-4534 it stated no longer in service.  I will file a dispute with our credit card holder company.  Can't someone stop this?  It seems a lot of people are getting hit by this scam.

Same happened to me.  4/28/08 Tamarack Design for $11.89.  The only other thing I used the card for in this time period was for to advanced auto web site.

This is the second time in the past year my wife or I have had freud problems.  I sure would like to meet these criminals in dark alley.  It's ashame you have to be afraid to buy the things you need.

Same here, 4/30/08 an $11.89 charge to my visa account from Tamarack Designs in WA.  Reported to credit card company fraud dept.  Can you imagine for such a small amount, how many people wont bother, they could rake in millions !!

They got me too for 11.89 on 4/28. Filed a fraud charge with my bank.

I did not receive a call, but on April 30th, 2008 my credit card was also  charged 11.89 by these creeps.  I don't know how it can be resolved since they seem to be using a "dummy" phone number, but I'm starting with my credit card company.
