Is the bank so destitute for money they have to hound people every day...this is NOT right !!

- ACalled our office....Shows JP Morgan Chase on Caller ID. I'm sure it was a collection call...

- Nancy K.| 1 replyThis Company (Chase) calls 3 to 4 times per day, seven days a week, even after you have spoken to a representative and made pmt. arrangements, and adhere to those arrangements. If you are more than 1 days late, they will hound you with calls until you either pay by debit card or go to a branch bank and pay that day.....millions of people are in arrears financially due to the economy....if one pays half of the pmt and the other half when they get paid again (whether it be weekly or bi-monthly), the harrassing calls should stop !! Chase calls your home phone, if you do not respond they call the cell phone, if you do not respond they try your work #, and then repeat the process. Once my car loan is paid off, I will "never, ever" do business with Chase again, and I am NOT the only person who has expressed the same feelings. Their customer relations department needs to be dealt with at the Corporate level.

- Terry| 2 repliesYeah, this is CHASE AUTO FINANCE. They will also use other 800 numbers listed throughout the US.
I have been late on my car payment for the past year, usually my payment is made about 10 days after my payment is due. So for those 10 days or so they will hound me almost every other hour until they see the payment is posted. It's pretty sad to be wasting my time & theirs when they know my payment will always be paid and they will make an additional $15 late fee each month. I mean I have spent an extra $180 on late fees in the past year alone and yet they still feel the need to harass someone day & night.- Caller: CHASE AUTO FINANCE

- PeterChase called our home number 7 times today. We don't even have an account with Chase...and much less likely to any time in the future.
- Caller: JP Morgan/Chase
- Jackie| 1 replyI intentionally delay my payment to them each month because of the harassing phone calls I get that begin if I am one day late. one day they called me 16 times - began before 8am and ended after 9:15 pm - they nreak the law all the time with these calls. one more year and I will be paid w/this car loan and would never, ever do business with this bank. I am disabled and cannot answer these calls so I continue to ignore them as they ignore whhat you have to say and don't record it on your record anyway. unbelievable the way they harass people.

- Chris| 2 repliesI agree with every post on here. They call me 5-10 times per day, and ask me to make a payment. The customer service representatives are rude, and don't listen to anything you say. They just ask you to make a payment over and over again. These calls usually end by me hanging up on them.
They have left voice mails telling me that they are making an important decision on my account, and that my car is in danger of repossession after being 1 month late on my payment even when I've talked to them and told them that I will be making a payment within the next 2 weeks.
My experience with Chase has been terrible, and I will never open any account or take out any loan with them in the future.- Caller: Chase auto finance

- RalphI went through a divorce last year, and the car on the Chase loan was ordered given to my Ex. along with the debt to Chase. After EXTENSIVE discussions with the morons manning their collection phones and anyone else I thought would listen, they continue not to understand the meaning of the term "Court Order". My attorney says I have a very good lawsuit brewing if they don't back off. Maybe it's time to take more drastic measures and give them a taste of their own medicine.......... If you are EVER considering using Chase Auto Finance for a vehicle purchase, think again, long and hard, seriously !

- Jeff replies to TerryI can soooo Relate....Thankfully, only 1 payment left.
I will never do anything with Chase Bank again, EVER! - JenI can say Chase is one of the worst places to do business with and we will never again do business with them. The person above is correct. 1 day late and they will call you every hour on the hour which is harassment but it seems they law allows them to do so. My suggestion would be...get away from these people, you will live longer.
- Caller: Chase
- CindyThese people are horrible. You can not be late a day because they are already calling you. I will never ever do business again with Chase. I am already looking for another bank for my checking accounts. These people are bad!

- Jp| 3 repliesSince i live in FL by state law we have a 10 day grace period so i purposefully delay the payment for the full 10 days. Quick fix for the cell phone calls: i save every number they call me from and put that number on silent ringer so i never hear the phone ring. Those calls are all automatic computer generated calls and they will not stop them no matter what you try; pay the bill on time or do what i do! Chase is just another bankrupt mega bank like all the others...their days are numbered and they know it!
- LindaI see I am not the only one with this problem. CHASE AUTO FINANCE is the caller. They start calling me if my car payment is one day late. They call up to 8 times a day - 7 days a week. It is ridiculous. The representatives are EXTREMELY RUDE. It does no good at all to talk to them. They talk over me and will not listen to what I'm trying to say. They hint at repossessing my car, which is ridiculous.
