Called @ 4:28 pm on 5/15/2015  and left NO message. Of course not, telemarketers don't leave messages, just call back again later. It is great to look this number up for any information. Looks like I am the first to get a call from this number. Located in Phoenix, AZ.

called me knowing my name and address and wanted me to verify my social and said no and then told me it was a personal matter and asked my date of birth so I just hung up

They called again 5/20/2015 @ 8:39 pm. Glad I didn't answer from what anonomys said above. Hope this is the last time or another caller to block.

Has called a few times.  No one ever speaks when I say hello.  I always say hello twice and wait a few seconds and then hang up if no one answers.  Have yet to get an answer.

Left message saying it is NCC Business Services, a debt collector and to call 1-877-301-7021. I have no accounts in collections. I am sure because I check my credit report every month. And I have had this number for 11 years.
