Started getting calls to my cell from this number 602.281.9906 on May 31, 2011.  I answer and no one is there. Call back and get a busy signal.

Same thing, happens to me- maybe someone in jail billing the number as third person!!!

I got a call from this number on August 15th 2011 I answered and no one was there. Then I called back and it said "All circuits are busy"... I looked up the number on a reverse phone look up and it says its a land line and showed it being south of the I10 on 7th street. Don't know if that helps any of you or not but that's all i found out. I'm assuming its some kind of telemarketing or something. No Clue.

Same thing here, I called back and I get a busy signal.  A few weeks ago I made the huge mistake of trying to get quotes for car insurance online and I gave them my cell phn # and ever since this telemarketing places keep harrasing me. I researched and it says is a land line from T-mobile??? how is that possible?

These morons called me and was posing as a sales rep from a magazine company. I know because the same fools called yesterday from the same number and told me they were a rep from some company, but I hung up yesterday. Today, this pin head was trying to get information from me about my past. I know his ears are still ringing from the a#@ kicking I gave him over the phone. How, stupid can they be. What the hell does my past have to do with buying Magazine. You stupid morons that work for these agent should go get re-educated and find a different line of work. Because you suck at this one.

I keep getting phone calls from this number. The first few times they asked for Timothy, who I told them I dont know. Now they just call and hang up when I answer.

Ya same results no answer but I will pursue this as its not comforting for any of us......

its funny what's the point to call if you never goint to answer if you see this number ingnore it dont waiste your time that's the best answer.

I received a voicemail message from this number, but the caller did not say anything. It just went on and sounded like quiet breathing or rustling of papers. It seems like it is sort of phishing- like verification to see if the number that they want to call is real. .. Are people going through public directories and calling every number? i get a lot off calls from scammers and unknown people, etc, but I don't think that I directly gave them my phone number.

I received a call from this number, when I answered there was no response,I stayed on line for several seconds thinking it must have been an automated call. Still no responce. Hung up.

They keep calling when I did answer they said they were connected with some organization, a female voice.

Just ignore it. We have enough going on in this world to worry about this yahoo. Just do like I do ignore them

got a call from this number. The caller "knew" I wasn't in school and would I like to go back to school. Problem is I'm 62 and have registered my number on the no call list. At the end of this message I will be calling the AG's office, anyone else getting a call from these a--holes should do the same. Stop invading my privacy, you do not have permission to call.

Next time they call I will use my whistle and I think that will solve the problem.

I just received a call from this number. A male by the name of Josh was on the phone. He called me by my first name and said thank you. He said he was calling from "The Publishers". He was trying to sell me subscriptions to several magazines. I hope this helps others.

They have called me 9 times this week alone.  Never any messages and when I attempt to call back, rings and then goes to busy signal.  No one responds when I do answer.
