- Curious replies to Genie OleskieI'm subleasing a place in NYC but went to visit my family on the West Cost. Just got back today to my sublease and I have 20 missed calls from this number alone, ranging from 8am til 5pm. The landline isnt even mine, I only give out my cell, and they dont even leave a message.

- sick and tired602-282-1666 started calling this morning 8 AM and have called 9 times and no one talks. This is called HARASSMENT. Sick of the calls.
- DavidThis is Credit One Bank calling from one of their many different numbers. They call and call and never leave a message. The sensible thing to do is leave a message. I never answer calls from numbers I don't recognize so if you really want to speak to me let me know who's calling and I will return your phone call at my earliest opportunity. I know one thing for sure; once I pay off this card I am cutting it up because it is not worth the harassment because you're a couple of days late making a payment.

- In Disbelief| 2 repliesInteresting. I have been getting a call from this number non-stop for about a month now. No messages are ever left. I will answer and let them know it is illegal to use the phone to harass anyone by constantly calling, even without leaving a message. Funny thing is, now that I know it is Credit One (thanks!) they received their payment, as usual and way more than the minimum, but it seems when I asked them to remove an $11.58 charge from my December bill which was not authorized (it showed on Oct and Nov along with a credit for the same amount, but in Dec it was just a charge) or know what it was, it seems the cancelled my card and sent a new one which I still (almost Feb) have not received. Due to the new card number, again, which I am still not aware of, my payments were applied to the original (now cancelled) card.
I spoke with a rep and she said "she could not find the payment." I asked her to check the old number. She said she did, but could not find the payment and went on to tell me that I needed to pay the past due and current amount immediately because I was late. I asked for a supervisor but was never connected to one. Eventually she came back to the phone and said, "I checked your account and see the payment and will send it to (some other dept) to move the payment." "Don't worry," she said, "it will only take 7 - 10 days." Of course I am worried especially since she out-rite lied about looking for the payment in the beginning, which I did call her out on. Anyway, meanwhile, while on hold with a missing payment, I contacted my back to move the payment to the new account number.
Bad move, after she came back and told me she found the payment, she then informed me that she cancelled the "new" card and will be issuing another one. Now I don't know where my payment will end up. But I do know that was a week ago and I am still getting calls from this number....
Guess you cant even pay them without a problem!- Caller: 602-282-1666
