The guys "ate" the office?  What is the name of this wonderful company?  Pre-emptive shill alert!

Good catch DM1. What we're going to see here is a bunch of complaints coming in soon about an outfit that's trying to charge fees up-front for rental applications. Before properties are even seen! It's nothing new & I have a hunch that I already know the name of the scammer running the show. He's not a "happy camper" right now. We just recently exposed the last number he was using. I'm sure he has fired up a new number & "lorena" here is his first "happy customer".
All anyone needs to know is that you NEVER pay money up-front to "qualify" to look at rentals. If you can't meet with a property manager or owner face to face & look at rentals FIRST, don't EVER pay any money up-front!

Yes these guys are scam artist because every time i text them and can't call them , the reply is "Can you come and bring $45 application fees in cash and they work with all credit, yep, but he never gave an address and will never take money before seeing a home. Their first number was 602-750-4095 and why they never want to talk in person and really strange all homes for rent doe snot have a picture available. I have already reported to a higher authority in Phoenix AZ.

Stop fooling yourself like you trying to fool us.. You are scammers and the city of Phoenix is in pursuit of catching you.

Actually they did help me and my family move in to a great place. They accepted my application and put a roof over our head. You guys posting negatives are just fools. Thes people helped me and I will vouch for that. Dont try to talk bad about them . I fully vouch for them.

Yes for sure. They were very nice and got me out of the shelter with my kids. They own many homes and properties. If you ever need a second chance you should go see them. Stop being mean. Maybe they will help you some day.
