Second time I have received a call from this number-----someone is on the line but no conversation---then hangs up. Strange!

That is my old VONAGE number. According to VONAGE another VoIP provider sold my number and it called hundreds of numbers simultaneously everyday. I started getting calls from people asking me to stop calling them. I apologized to all that called and explained the situation. VONAGE has since changed my phone number and agreed to pay for new advertising materials that I had already purchased with the old hacked phone number. I do apologize for anyone that may have been called by my hacked number. I had no control over that situation.
