Firt off, let me say I am registered with "Do Not Call" but, I've been getting calls from a company in Pheonix, called Grandgold Marketing. After about a week, I picked up. A sales man told me that I had registered a while back (2 years ago!) with interest in home business. Never mind that I registered with DNC in 06. Mr. Salesman claimed he found me the ultimate home biz, I could easily make undisclosed amounts of money at my own pace, from my home. I almost hang up on him, but he insisted that Visa/Marstercard wanted me specifically, because I would make a great addition to their team. I was rolling my eyes on the end of the line, snickering in complete disbeleif. I then explained that I had been victimized in the past by similar schemes. They insisted they were legit, and then also insisted I listen to their 5 min presentation, I did, then someone else got on the phone and proceeded in asking me for my credit card #. But the agent wasn't able to answer any of my concerns and questions. All she wanted was to approve me for a $499.00 fee on my Discover card. I wasn't about to give in, not feeling at ease with the whole thing. She told me she would have someone call me. Not 2 minutes later, I got another call from the first guy, he called twice and left one message, that he would be back in touch on Mond. That's tomorrow!

Got 3 calls today from 8am-12:45pm no messages left just calls, I report all these types of calls to the FTC DNC and Arizona State Attorney Generals Office also, which calls stops after filling complaints to these agencies. If they don't know about cold calls they cannot do anything to stop them so report cold calls from these false claims these telemarketers are making that we filled out / signed up for something with their company.

this number has called me 5-7 times a week but never leaves a message.

I received a call but didn't answer because I didn't recognize the number.  They left no message.  I am on a DNC List even for my cell phone.  I don't want anything.

I have been getting 10-12 calls per day from this number.  They never leave a message, but they are calling constantly.

I called and asked to have my number removed, and the lady I spoke with was very nice! I hope it works.

got calls from these PEOPLE ,they would not talk to anyone but me.. ( I told them I wasn't home ) and they hung up. I have been on the do not call list for years . How they get numbers is mind boggeling.

Similar experience as others that have been reported -- I checked out ripoffreport.com like someone suggested on another site and sure enough this guy and his "COMPANY" are scammers  -- there's no legitimate business here folks -- all they want is your hard earned money and I think we give plenty of that out in taxes.

Received call, was busy did not know the number so did not pick up.  they left no message, but my cell phone refused to work until i turned it off for 15 minutes.

Recieved a fives calls in the past few weeks.  No messages.  I picked up once last week and it was about a home based business opportunity.  I guess I registered on some site...over two years ago!  Said I was not interested and asked not to be called back.  I have recieved two additional calls from same number this week...both of which I have not answered.

  You were VERY wise for not doing business with these people! Go to Ripoff Report.com and type in the word "Grandgold" in the search engine. You will then see my article explaining how these crooks scammed me out of $8,399.00. There are also many other victims out there who haven't come forward yet. I talked to another person who was scammed out of $20,000 by these poor excuse for human beings.

Automated call...Hung up when no one answered.

I get two calls per day fromthis company and they never leave a message.  I have no idea who they are and I DO have my number registered with the DO NOT CALL list for as much as that is doing.

called and when I picked up, the incoming call hung up.  This was on a cell phone. No information was given.
