Received call from this number threatening to have the sheriff come out and levy assets via a non-existent prejudgment writ of attachment.  The call didn't come from Gregory D'Antonio himself, but from a rather aggressive and unprofessional individual. I googled Mr D'Antonio.  Apparently he was disbarred in 1995; it seems that he pled guilty to federal charges and served some jail time.  He was reinstated to the bar in 2003.

Interestinly enough, I had a call like this too.  Said they would be there by 5 pm or so.  I read the posts and though it was BS.  Sure enough, 5 pm came and went with no one showing up.  LOL!  But then 4 days latrer my bank accounts were frozen. The following day the sherrif did show up and was in my place for the whole day taking all the money from each customer.  AS if that wasn't enough they were getting ready to remove my equiptment the next day. I had to barrow the money to get them to leave but it cost me more money becasue of the fees to the sherriff and the attorney.  I am not sure if this internet thing is a gift or a course.  I thought when I read this I was holding the upper hand.  guess I will do more research next tiem.  I guess no one posts about it after it happens./

K Homer.  I am not sure what you mean by it doesn't work that way.  It may not have happened to you.  BUt it did to me.  SO I would beware of the advice you put out there...

Howe can a convicted drug trafficer who gets disbarred be allowed to ever practice a field of law again. How can a known liar and drug dealer be trusted again. He is a criminal and should be dealt with accordingly.

They hide in an office in Tuscan and answer Law offices... Yea right.  there other number is ....

Welcome to the club. Your first lesson. Justice is NOT Just. The courts, depending on the Judge can be good and evil. The State Bar said in D'Antonio's case that people change and when D'Antonio was reinstated, the rules were less strick. I wrote a book, THE RIDE  In the Air & Through the Courts.  
Now he is dead but the crimes he committed against innocent people can and should never be forgotten.

Gregory hung around known insane people! I wouldn't doubt it if Greg hired and paid  a man by the name of Gary Green who is completely insane to make those harrasing calls! I met Gregory only once when he was PRETENDING to look for real estate. I am a Realtor. He was really odd and the person who introduced me to him was even odder. ugh! I told them both to get lost.  Birds of a feather flock together so I'm NOT missing Gregory DeAntonio nor his con artist insane friend of his named Gary Green.

If he was re-tested for AIDS, and is now resting in peace, then the test must have been incorrect.

Before I forget the crimes against inocent ??? You or they dint pay a bill and he was doing his job collecting as far as the conviction he did pay his debt and did his time He did pay ? Something you guys dont know a thing about but its a crime and you have a cop collecting ??? O poor inocent Pay your bills [***]......
