no msg, hangs up says 'unavailable'

Got a call from this line, I answered and I heard breathing but when I said "hello" there was no answer.

Solar company---doesn't do not call apply to them?  I get calls from these companies daily and I have been on DNC since it started.    This one has called over and over.  Reporting to the FTC

Since you signed up so long ago, you may want to make sure you are still on the DNC - some circumstances can cause you to be dropped.

Fortunately, it is easy to verify your registration.  Just go to <https://donotcall.gov/confirm/conf.aspx>

Most likely, of course, is that this is just another violator.

Good Luck.

Hung up on machine.

Got the call at 21:54 EST. I have an Arizona cell number. Sent a text to the number without answering it. Got a response that it picked up an answering machine. I have 'text to landline' service.

well, they're starting up again...  thought they had given up, but here they are again... called a little before 7pm...  this time I picked up but they just hung up without saying a thing...

called 09/13/2010.
