    Called my business saying that they were a credit card processing organization above the banks.  I asked what they were selling and they told me they were selling nothing.  They explained my companies status had changed regarding credit card processing and wanting to notify me of that and set-up the to meet with a rep.  They said that they could save my business 40 - 60% in credit card processing.  I tried to find out their companies name but they only identified themselves as Merchant Services.  The reason that I'm writing this is because the rep (Chris Jamison) was RUDE and would not answer my questions but was asked about information regarding my business credit card processing transactions.  Also when I finally hung up on him, he called me back to argue with me some more and then hung up on me when I asked to speak with his supervisor.  I called back from several different phone number trying to get someone to answer but all I get is voicemail for user #2.

    Very rude, very unprofessional people, said they were from merchant services, i asked what they wanted and they said they can set me up with credit card prospering for less than anyone in the market.
    i hang up on them then some one called arguing with me about why did i hang up and he wanted to speak to my manger.

    Hannah and Christina are calling my office incessantly and harassing me. They act like the are from our current merchant company. They are not, I have asked over and over to stop calling and to take this number off their list. They insist that there is no "list". They want me to schedule a meeting with a rep. It is very clear that they are mere telemarketers.

    Hannah called and couldn't pronounce the owners last name.  She advised our merchant account  charges were changing.  I advised her I would take a message and have our business bank, who also handles our merchant account, call her back.  She said she would only talk to the owner.  The return number she gave me was 602-344-9043 and the company she stated she was with was National Interchange. Let's see if she calls back tomorrow with a different company name.

    Hannah called and insisted on talking to the owner. Said she was with National ?????  Something about changes to our Merchant account.  Told them owner was not available and would not call back if they left a message.  Convinced her that I was the person to speak with and she went on some rant about changes to our merchant account.  Told her I was not interested and when she wouldn't stop talking I hung up on her.  She called back at least 7 more times.  VERY RUDE. SCAM.

    Get calls consistently from these people, extremely rude.  Claim to be from "Merchant Services".  Say that we have an account with them and that we asked to be notified when a change occurred...incorrect.  We do not have an account with them.  When we tell them this they insist to speak with the owner and become very rude and belligerent.  SCAM do not fall for it.  We have tried everything to get off these people's list to no avail.  Austin called today and when I asked how we resolve this he began nearly yelling at me.  Extremely rude and disrespectful.  They said they were Merchant Services and would not give another name.  Seeing other comments where they give another name is an automatic red flag.

    Received two calls from two different numbers.  Both calls said they were with our credit card processor and that there was a problem on the account.  One call came from Hannah @# 602-344-9043 and the other came from a Lance Brown at 602-344-9051.  Both insisted on speaking to the owner.  I told them both times that I was the one to speak to.  Hannah asked me to take a message for the president of our organization, which I did, and then hung up.  Today was the call from Lance and when I wasn't high enough on the food chain, he hung up on me.

    SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Which I knew the minute they started the spiel.

    Called our business (when asked what business they were calling - they couldn't tell me) saying that they were a credit card processing organization .....  I asked what they were they calling we don't accept cc's for payment.  They explained my companies status (clearly they were reading a script - not listening)  had changed regarding credit card processing and wanting to notify me that..... etc ...

    Same as the others - I told them on their initial call that we don't accept credit cards and that we are on the National Do Not Call Registry.  She insisted that the Registry doesn't apply to them because they are calling from our existing credit card company and are not selling anything, only notifying of changes in terms of service.   I told her again that she was incorrect, and that we don't accept credit cards, and asked her not to call again.  She called back within 30 seconds and asked if I would be willing to speak with her supervisor.  I said no, and asked her not to call back.   Within 30 seconds her supervisor called back.  I asked him to take me off of his call list, explained that we don't accept credit cards and that we don't want a merchant account.  He insisted that we do already have a merchant account, and said that if I refused to speak with him then he would have no choice but to cancel my credit card (!!!hahahahaha!!!) and that I would no longer be able to use said credit card.  What a bunch of tools!

    They are  very  helpfull. I  talked to a person  by the name of  Lance  who was very  helpfull. He  explained how the  whole  merchant services  machine   works. I set an  appointment  with him and as a result  his  company  Priority Payment Systems  was able to save me a-lot of mney  when it  comes to  accepting credit cards.  Great job  Great  company   and   a Great  rep !

    Got the same rude phone call from a very aggressive scam artist who got belligerent when I asked for some information about where he was calling from. I finally hung up and he had the nerve to call me back yelling at me. I told him I was on the do not call list and to never call me again. If he does call again, I will call the authorities and file a complaint because he started to get threatening. What an idiot.

    "Bob" called the front desk, asked to speak to the president of the company (by name), he was asked what it was regarding and he wouldn't say.  Got very aggressive and stated that there was a problem with the account and absolutely had to speak to the president.  Front desk transferred him to me, and I say "how can I help you" and his snarled response of "I want to speak to XXX" came out, I politely said that "he's unavailable, I'm his HR manager, how can I be of assistance?".  He said "I'm Bob, and he needs to call me at 602-344-9043 as soon as he's back" I say "ok, what company are you with Bob" and he snarls out "EMV Payment Systems, and it's about his account and he's going to need this reference number blah blah blah"  I tell Bob that I would let the boss know.

    YAH NOT!  We don't accept payment via credit card.  This is a huge SCAM with incredibly rude callers.  I wonder if he'll call again, could have fun with ol' snarly puss.

    Completely rude 'sales' rep. Would only speak to the owner who informed them that I was the only one that could help them aside from himself and he was busy. A 'supervisor' got on the phone with my boss and explained that the current merchant company we are with is the 'middle man' of the credit processing operation and that we could go direct with them (EVM) and cut our costs by 40%. Made a great sales pitch, but I still felt a little hesitant on the matter and found this forum. After the boss scheduled an appointment, I called back cancelling the appointment in which the lady became nearly irate telling me that their 'company' knows what my company needs more than I do; basically called me an idiot. Just don't take the calls, don't schedule an appointment and don't return the call when they leave a message with a reference number. After the whole diabolical, I told my boss that they didn't even have the right company phone number.. They had the other company my boss owns' phone number with my company name attached to it.

    Lady called.........SO FULL OF [***], not a good liar

    She called about our merchant accounts after I told her that Tom is not in the office and we DO NOT WORK WITH THE PUBLIC she said that she would need to hear that from the onwer. well good luck with that because like I said hes not in this office and we don't deal with the public so your credit merchant BS doesnt APPLY TO US.... They never stop calling anways so time to get RUDE

    Received call and could see by caller ID this was a sales call. (We've had them before) Female caller insisted on talking to the owner, saying it was very important regarding our merchant services. I told her he would not take a sales call and she got argumentative. When I identified myself as the manager, she told me I didn't know enough about the account. I told her to take our number off her call list and said if she called back, I would report the number to the FTC. She said go ahead. I hung up. She called back immediately! I politely told her what I thought of that and hung up. She repeatedly called back until the owner came to my aid. What a rude bunch!
    This is a scam--a legitimate company would 1) identify themselves right off the bat, and 2) never stoop to rudeness or argument.

    I've gotten many calls from them off and on. Today I got another. A women who didn't give her name. She asked to speak to our company president by name. I asked her what company she is calling with. She tells me Merchant Services, I ask her if that's the name of the company (I can't remember the name they gave me last time), she says no. So I ask her again, than what is the name of the company, she says "Merchant Services" again, with a snarky tone, like i'm the one who asked a dumb question. She JUST told me that that wasn't' the name of the company, but whatever. Told her he (the president) doesn't handle those types of matters. She insisted she had to speak with him. I left her on hold until she hung up. These are very annoying and aggressive calls. Sadly, this was one of the better times they've called.
